Description
一方、有機モリブデン化合物は金属表面にMoS2の被膜を形成することにより、FM未添加あるいは無灰系FMに比較して大幅に摩擦係数を下げることができる。そのため、有機モリブデン化合物を配合した場合でも、高温におけるデポジットを低減したエンジン油を提供することが重要な課題となっている。

さらに、適宜の鉱油と合成油を組み合わせた混合油も、本エンジン油の基油として用いることができる。
MoDTCは、下記の一般式(1)で表される。
本発明のエンジン油に好適に使用されるフェノール系酸化防剤としては、例えば、次の一般式(2)及び(3)で表される化合物が挙げられる。
基油としては、重質油の水素化分解で得られた生成油を水素化脱ロウすることで得られた鉱油系基油1(動粘度:19.7mm2/s(40℃)、4.26mm2/s(100℃)、粘度指数124)と鉱油系基油2(動粘度:35.3mm2/s(40℃)、6.36mm2/s(100℃)、粘度指数132)を用いた。
MoDTCとしては、一般式(1)で表される化合物で、Rが2エチルヘキシル基とイソトリデシル基との混合物で、酸素原子と硫黄原子との比が1/1のものを使用した。
また、粘度指数向上剤としてはポリメタクリレート系を使用した。
・接触条件:シリンダ オン ブロック
・試験片材質:シリンダ、ブロック共にAISI−52100
・摺動条件:荷重400N、振動数50Hz、振幅1.5mm、温度100℃
Claims (1)
- 100℃における動粘度が5.74mm2/s以上6.36mm2/s以下で、かつ粘度指数が120以上の鉱油及び/又はα‐オレフィンのオリゴマー合成油に、下記一般式(4)で表されるアミン系酸化防止剤と下記一般式(2)で表されるフェノール系酸化防止剤を総和で1.5質量%以上含有し、前記アミン系酸化防止剤の窒素分(N)とフェノール系酸化防止剤の酸素分(O)の質量比率(N/O)が0.20〜0.35であり、下記一般式(1)で表されるモリブデンジチオカーバメイト(MoDTC)をモリブデン(Mo)として0.02質量%以上含有することを特徴とする低デポジット省燃費型エンジン油組成物。
