Claims (11)
- 電極組立体、
端子、
前記電極組立体および前記端子と電気的に連結したヒューズ、
前記ヒューズと共に動作する絶縁性遮断部材、
前記電極組立体と前記端子の間に電気的に連結した集電部材、
前記ヒューズおよび前記絶縁性遮断部材からなるヒューズ組立体、
キャップ組立体、
を含み、
前記ヒューズは、前記集電部材の二次電池の過電流状態に反応して変形して電流の流れを遮断する変形部を含み、
前記絶縁性遮断部材は、ヒューズ貫通ホールに位置し、前記ヒューズによって前記電流の流れが遮断されるときに電流の遮断を維持させ、
前記ヒューズ貫通ホールは、前記集電部材を貫通して延長され、
前記キャップ組立体は、キャッププレート、ベント部材、密封キャップ、および短絡部材を含み、
前記端子は負極端子と正極端子を含み、前記負極端子は連結板を介して前記キャッププレートに電気的に連結し、
前記短絡部材は、二次電池の内部圧力が設定圧力を超えるときに変形して前記正極端子と前記負極端子を短絡させる、二次電池。 - 前記電極組立体を収容するケースをさらに含み、
前記キャッププレートは前記ケースに結合する、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記端子は前記キャッププレートまたは端子柱のうちの1つを含む、請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記キャッププレートと前記集電部材の間に下部絶縁部材をさらに含む、請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁性遮断部材は前記下部絶縁部材と一体に形成される、請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁性遮断部材は前記下部絶縁部材と分離した破片であり、支持板と遮断突起を含む、請求項4に記載の二次電池。
