Claims (5)
- 駆動源(E)の駆動力を駆動輪(W)に伝達する変速軸(11)と、前記変速軸(11)に相対回転可能に支持された前進用ギヤ(21)と、前記駆動源(E)からの駆動力を前記前進用ギヤ(21)に伝達する前進用摩擦係合要素(C1)と、前記前進用ギヤ(21)を前記変速軸(11)に結合する噛み合い係合要素(S1)と、前記前進用ギヤ(21)に接続された後進用ギヤ列と、前記後進用ギヤ列に設けられた後進用摩擦係合要素(CR)とを備え、
前記噛み合い係合要素(S1)を作動させて前記前進用ギヤ(21)を前記変速軸(11)に結合した後、前記前進用摩擦係合要素(C1)を係合して所定の前進変速段を確立する変速機の制御装置において、
前記噛み合い係合要素(S1)を作動させる過程で、前記後進用摩擦係合要素(CR)を所定のパラメータに応じて所定の作動パターンで一時的に係合することを特徴とする変速機の制御装置。 - 前記所定のパラメータは前記変速機(T)の油温であり、前記所定の作動パターンは前記後進用摩擦係合要素(CR)の係合時間であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の変速機の制御装置。
- 前記油温が低いほど前記係合時間を長く設定することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の変速機の制御装置。
- 前記変速機(T)は、前記変速軸である入力軸(11)と、前記入力軸(11)と逆方向に回転するアイドル軸(14)と、前記入力軸(11)または前記アイドル軸(14)により駆動される出力軸(13)とを備え、前記出力軸(13)に設けられたギヤ(30)は前記前進用ギヤ(21)と前記アイドル軸(14)に設けられたリバースアイドルギヤ(34)とに噛合し、前記リバースアイドルギヤ(34)は前記後進用摩擦係合要素(CR)により前記アイドル軸(14)に結合可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載の変速機の制御装置。
- 前記後進用摩擦係合要素(CR)は油圧クラッチであることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の変速機の制御装置。
