Claims (9)
- モータジェネレータと、前記モータジェネレータのロータ軸に連結される減速機構と、前記減速機構と連結される出力軸と、前記モータジェネレータと前記減速機構とを隔てる中間壁と、前記ロータ軸を支持するために前記中間壁に固定された軸受とを備え、前記モータジェネレータ、前記中間壁、前記減速機構及び前記出力軸がこの順に配置され、前記減速機構のリングギヤが固定された車両用駆動装置において、
前記リングギヤは、芯出し機構及び回り止め機構により前記中間壁に対し位置決めされて固定されたリングギヤフランジを介し、前記中間壁に固定され、
前記リングギヤフランジは、前記リングギヤの内周側に配置されており、かつ、前記リングギヤと別部材であり、
前記芯出し機構は、前記リングギヤフランジのボス部と前記中間壁との嵌合によるものであり、
前記回り止め機構は、前記芯出し機構より外周側に配置されていること、
を特徴とする車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項1に記載する車両用駆動装置において、
前記回り止め機構は、前記中間壁又は前記リングギヤフランジに設けられた突起部と、前記リングギヤフランジ又は前記中間壁に形成され前記突起部が挿入される挿入穴とを備えていること、
を特徴とする車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項2に記載する車両用駆動装置において、
前記突起部は、前記中間壁に固定されたピンであり、
前記挿入穴は、前記ピンが挿入される部分より径が小さくされた小径部、又は底部を備えていること、
を特徴とする車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項2に記載する車両用駆動装置において、
前記突起部は、前記中間壁に固定されたピンであり、
前記ピンは、前記中間壁の圧入穴に圧入して固定され、前記モータジェネレータ側の端部に前記圧入穴よりも径が大きいフランジ部を備えていること、
を特徴とする車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項4に記載する車両用駆動装置において、
前記ピンは、前記圧入穴に圧入する圧入部と前記圧入部よりも前記減速機構側の端部とを備え、
前記減速機構側の端部の径は前記圧入部の径より小さいこと、
を特徴とする車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項1から請求項5に記載するいずれか1つの車両用駆動装置において、
前記中間壁は、前記回り止め機構よりも外径側にて軸方向に貫通し前記モータジェネレータ側から前記減速機構側へ潤滑油を循環させることができる油孔と、前記油孔に前記潤滑油が流れ込むように誘導する潤滑用といとを備えていること、
を特徴とする車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項1から請求項6に記載するいずれか1つの車両用駆動装置において、
前記回り止め機構は、前記モータジェネレータのコイルエンドよりも内径側に配置され、
前記軸受は、前記回り止め機構よりも内径側に配置されていること、
を特徴とする車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項7に記載する車両用駆動装置において、
前記回り止め機構は、軸方向にて前記コイルエンドと前記軸受とに重なり合うように配置されていること、
を特徴とする車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項1から請求項8に記載するいずれか1つの車両用駆動装置において、
前記回り止め機構は、軸方向にて前記芯出し機構と前記軸受とに重なり合うように配置されていること、
を特徴とする車両用駆動装置。
