Claims (3)
- 眼鏡レンズ加工装置からの加工屑を含む研削水が排出される脱水槽と,研削水を濾過するフィルタと,を持ち、前記脱水槽の回転により研削水と加工屑を分離し、分離された研削水をフィルタにて濾過する遠心分離機を有する眼鏡レンズ加工用の加工屑処理装置において、
前記脱水槽の内部に入れられ、眼鏡レンズ加工装置からの加工屑を含む研削水が排出される加工屑回収容器であって、前記脱水槽と一体的に回転され、研削水と分離した加工屑が堆積される加工屑回収容器を備え、
前記加工屑回収容器は、前記脱水槽の内側側面及び内側底面の内部形状に略一致する外形形状の側壁部及び底面部であって、前記脱水槽の内側側面の内径より小さな外径の前記側壁部及び前記底面部を持ち、且つ樹脂により形成されると共に、前記側壁部は前記脱水槽が回転された時も形状が維持される強度を持つことを特徴とする加工屑処理装置。 - 請求項1の加工屑処理装置において、前記加工屑回収容器は、前記脱水槽の内側内壁との間に隙間を持つ形状であることを特徴とする加工屑処理装置。
- 請求項1又は2の加工屑処理装置において、前記加工屑回収容器は、操作者が前記加工屑回収容器を前記脱水増から取り出すために、前記底面部又は前記側壁部に設けられた係合部であって、操作者が手で持つ取出治具のフックが引っ掛けられるか、または操作者の指に係合される係合部を有することを特徴とする加工屑処理装置。
