Description
Claims (18)
- 自動車の窓またはサンルーフの合わせガラス構造であって、
物体の貫通孔(5)に固定具(6)が挿入された合わせガラスシート(1)を備え、
合わせガラスシートが、自動車のキャビンの外側に配置される1枚のシート(2)、当該キャビンの内側に配置されるガラスまたはプラスチック製の少なくとも1枚の硬質シート(3)、およびこれら2枚のシート(2、3)を、それらの表面を互いに接着することにより接合する接着剤層(4)からなり、
貫通孔(5)が、2枚のシート内の異なるサイズの2つの孔(2L、3L)からなり、さらに
固定具(6)が、貫通孔(5)に導入されて、貫通孔(5)の縁部回りの表面であって、互いに向かい合う表面を押圧する少なくとも2つの部品を備え、固定具(6)の2つの部品が、シート(2)に作られた小さい方の孔を囲む縁部回りの表面を、シート(2)表面の残りの部分と比較して熱処理により増大された縁部圧縮応力を呈する小さい方の孔(2L)の壁領域で両側から押圧し、
固定具(6)により、合わせガラスシート(1)にアンテナ(8)が取り付けられた、合わせガラス構造。 - 固定具(6)が、プレート(7)と貫通孔を通るねじ接続部(10、11、12、14)とを備え、ねじ接続部を使用してプレートがシート(2)の1つの表面にねじ止めされ得ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の合わせガラス構造。
- 固定具(6)が、少なくとも間接的に小さい方の孔(2L)の縁部を押圧する少なくとも1つのワッシャ(11、14)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の合わせガラス構造。
- ワッシャ(11)が、硬質シート(3)と接触しないでかつ重ならないで、大きい方の孔(3L)に位置決めされ得ることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の合わせガラス構造。
- ワッシャ(11)が、ドーム型で大きい方の孔(3L)より大きく、硬質シート(3)の表面も押圧し得ることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の合わせガラス構造。
- ワッシャ(11)と硬質シート(3)との間に、接着剤層(15)があることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の合わせガラス構造。
- 貫通孔の領域のシート(2)の縁部圧縮応力が、ガラス製の硬質シート(3)の縁部圧縮応力より大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の合わせガラス構造。
- シート(2)の小さい方の孔(2L)回りの縁部圧縮応力が、硬質シート(3)の大きい方の孔(3L)回りの縁部圧縮応力の2倍の大きさであることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の合わせガラス構造。
- 縁部圧縮応力が、大きい方の孔(3L)では少なくとも8MPa、小さい方の孔(2L)では少なくとも15MPaの大きさであることを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載の合わせガラス構造。
- 縁部圧縮応力が、大きい方の孔(3L)では10MPaおよび/または小さい方の孔(2L)では20MPaの大きさであることを特徴とする、請求項7、8または9に記載の合わせガラス構造。
- 固定具(6)が、介在軟弾性層(9、13)を介してねじ止めすることにより、シート(2)に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の合わせガラス構造。
- 貫通孔の領域でフィルム状に作成された接着剤層(4)が、大きい方の孔(3L)の直径に対する後方切欠部を有し、積層状態で、大きい方の孔の直径の内部まではみ出さないことを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の合わせガラス構造。
- 少なくとも貫通孔(5)の周囲に、固定具(6)の部品を隠すための不透明色の層があることを特徴とする、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の合わせガラス構造。
- アンテナ(8)が外側に位置する面から突出することを特徴とする、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の合わせガラス構造。
- 固定具(6)により貫通孔に導入された、アンテナ(8)用の少なくとも1つの電気回路を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の合わせガラス構造。
- プリント回路が、積層内部に位置する、硬質シートの片面に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の合わせガラス構造。
- ワイヤ状導体またはフラットケーブルの形態の回路が、シートの積層内に組み込まれることを特徴とする、請求項15または16に記載の合わせガラス構造。
- 少なくとも貫通孔の領域で、前記キャビンに面する面に被覆が施されることを特徴とする、請求項1から17のいずれか一項に記載の合わせガラス構造。
