Claims (8)
- 車両用窓ガラスの面上に導電体が形成されるとともに、該導電体の給電点に端子が接続され、該端子を介して電流が前記導電体に供給される車両用窓ガラスの給電構造において、
前記端子は、常温で硬化して導電及び接着機能を発揮する導電性接着剤によって前記給電点に接着されるとともに、接着部材によって車両用窓ガラスに固定されることを特徴とする車両用窓ガラスの給電構造。 - 前記導電性接着剤は、導電性エポキシ系接着剤または導電性アクリル系接着剤である請求項1に記載の車両用窓ガラスの給電構造。
- 前記端子、及び前記接着部材は、防水加工部材によって前記車両用窓ガラスに封着される請求項1、又は2に記載の車両用窓ガラスの給電構造。
- 前記端子に給電される電流値が1〜30Aであり、前記端子と前記給電点との間の電気抵抗値が100mΩ以下である請求項1、2又は3のいずれかに記載の車両用窓ガラスの給電構造。
- 10Aの電流を前記端子に30分間供給した時の該端子の温度が80℃以下であり、該端子の前記給電点に対する接着強度が79N以上である請求項1、2又は3のいずれかに記載の車両用窓ガラスの給電構造。
- 前記車両用窓ガラスの給電点近傍の破壊強度が60MPa以上である請求項1、2、3、4又は5のいずれかに記載の車両用窓ガラスの給電構造。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の車両用窓ガラスの給電構造を備えることを特徴とする車両用窓ガラス。
- 車両用窓ガラスの面上に導電体を形成する工程と、
前記導電体の給電点に端子を導電性接着材によって仮保持する工程と、
前記端子を接着部材によって車両用窓ガラスに固定する工程と、
前記導電性接着材が常温で硬化する工程と、
を備え、硬化後の前記導電性接着材が導電及び接着機能を発揮することによって前記導電体の給電点に前記端子が前記導電性接着剤によって接着されるとともに、前記接着部材によって前記端子が車両用窓ガラスに固定されることを特徴とする車両用窓ガラスの製造方法。
