Claims (4)
- 電子写真感光体であって、
複数のエレクトロルミネセンス・ナノ材料を含む導電層と、
前記導電層の第1縁部であって、電気接地に電気的に接続される第1の接点を有する、前記第1縁部と、
前記第1縁部に対向する、前記導電層の第2縁部であって、DC電源に電気的に接続される第2の接点を有する、前記第2縁部と、
電荷発生材料及び電荷輸送材料を含む、前記導電層の上に配置される感光層と
を含み、前記第2の接点に電圧バイアスを供給することにより、前記導電層からエレクトロルミネセンス光を発生することを特徴とする電子写真感光体。 - 前記複数のエレクトロルミネセンス・ナノ材料は、複数のカーボンナノチューブを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子写真感光体。
- 前記複数のエレクトロルミネセンス・ナノ材料は、少なくとも1つのカーボンナノチューブ・シートを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子写真感光体。
- 前記第2の接点は、約104オーム/sq.(□=スケア)から約106オーム/sq.までのシート抵抗を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子写真感光体。
