Claims (4)
- 基体と、
基体上に設けられ第2面が基体に対向し、透光性を有する導電接地層であって、カーボンナノチューブ層を含む導電接地層と、
導電接地層の第1面上に設けられる感光層であって、電荷発生素材と電荷輸送素材とを含み、導電接地層の第2面に光を当てることで電荷を消去できる感光層と、
を備える電子写真用フォトレセプタ。 - 請求項1に記載の電子写真用フォトレセプタにおいて、
導電接地層の透光率は、10%から40%の範囲である電子写真用フォトレセプタ。 - 請求項1に記載の電子写真用フォトレセプタにおいて、
導電接地層の透光率は、80%から97%の範囲である電子写真用フォトレセプタ。 - 請求項1に記載の電子写真用フォトレセプタにおいて、
導電接地層は、
基体の上に設けられ、カーボンナノチューブ導電網からなる導電性の第1層と、
第1層の上に設けられ、第1層の導電性を変化させることなく第1層を安定化させるポリマ被覆材からなる第2層と、
を有する電子写真用フォトレセプタ。
