Abstract
【解決手段】基体210の上方にカーボンナノチューブ層を含む透光性の導電接地層220を形成し、更にその層220の上方に電荷発生素材及び電荷輸送素材を含む感光層230(例えば電荷発生層232及び電荷輸送層234からなる層)を形成することによって、電子写真用フォトレセプタ例えばドラム200’を作成する。層220内にカーボンナノチューブ層を設けることにより層220の導電性を得ているので、ドラム200’を約100000マシンサイクル以上稼働させても層220の透光性は高々約10%しか変化しない。

Claims (4)
- 基体と、その上方にある透光性の導電接地層と、その上方にあり電荷発生素材及び電荷輸送素材を含む感光層と、を備え、
本フォトレセプタを約100000マシンサイクル以上稼働させてもその導電接地層の透光性が高々約10%しか変化しないよう、その導電接地層内にカーボンナノチューブ層を設けた電子写真用フォトレセプタ。 - 請求項1記載の電子写真用フォトレセプタであって、その導電接地層が、
基体上方にありカーボンナノチューブ導電網からなる導電性の第1層と、
第1層上方にあり第1層の導電性を変化させることなく第1層を安定化させるポリマ被覆材からなる第2層と、
を有する電子写真用フォトレセプタ。 - 請求項1記載の電子写真用フォトレセプタであって、その導電接地層に導電接続されておりカーボンナノチューブ層を含む接地ストリップ層を備える電子写真用フォトレセプタ。
- 請求項1記載の電子写真用フォトレセプタであって、その感光層が、
導電接地層の上方にある電荷発生層と、
電荷発生層の上方にある電荷輸送層と、
を有する電子写真用フォトレセプタ。
