Description
不活性固体としては例えば砂、ガラス、石英粉末、炭化ケイ素または比表面積が小さい固体を用いることができる。比表面積が小さい固体は本質的に不活性であり、アルミナ、シリカまたはシリカ−アルミナで構成することができる。不活性固体として無機塩、例えば塩化ナトリウム(NaCl)、塩化カリウム(KCl)、硫酸ナトリウム(Na2SO4)または硫酸カリウム(K2SO4)を用いても本発明を逸脱するものではない。不活性固体は砂、シリカ、石英または炭化ケイ素の中から選択するのが好ましい。
流動床の温度は一般に220〜350℃、好ましくは260〜320℃である。
本発明の上記以外の特徴および利点は添付の単一図面を参照した以下の説明からより良く理解できよう。
本発明の別の対象は、不活性固体を含む流動床のグリセロール水溶液の気化および精製での使用にある。
以下、本発明の実施例を説明するが、下記の実施例は本発明の一つの例に過ぎず、本発明が下記実施例に限定されるものではない。
Claims (4)
- 220〜350℃の温度に維持された砂、ガラス、石英粉末、炭化ケイ素、アルミナ、シリカ、シリカ−アルミナおよび無機塩の中から選択される不活性固体を含む流動床中でグリセロール水溶液を気化する方法。
- 上記無機塩が塩化ナトリウム(NaCl)、塩化カリウム(KCl)、硫酸ナトリウム(Na 2 SO 4 )または硫酸カリウム(K 2 SO 4 )である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 不活性固体を連続運転される第2の流動床中で再生する請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 砂、ガラス、石英粉末、炭化ケイ素、アルミナ、シリカ、シリカ−アルミナおよび無機塩の中から選択される不活性固体を含む流動床の、グリセロール水溶液の気化および精製での使用。
