Description
Claims (2)
- 冷媒を圧縮して吐出する圧縮器と、
前記圧縮器から吐出された冷媒を凝縮する少なくとも一つの凝縮器を含む凝縮ユニットと、
前記凝縮ユニットで凝縮された冷媒を分配する分配装置と、
前記分配装置により分配された冷媒をそれぞれ蒸発させ、直列及び並列に連結されてそれぞれ異なる温度帯域の冷気を発生させる複数個の蒸発器を含む冷気発生ユニットと、を含んで、
前記冷気発生ユニットは、
前記分配装置から分配されたいずれか一方の冷媒を用いて冷気を発生させる第1冷気発生ユニットと、
前記第1冷気発生ユニットに並列に連結されて、前記分配装置から分配されたいずれか他方の冷媒を用いて冷気を発生させ、前記第1冷気発生ユニットとの冷媒流動が選択的になされる第2冷気発生ユニットと、
前記本体内部に備えられ、前記第1冷気発生ユニット及び前記第2冷気発生ユニットにより具現されて、それぞれ異なる温度帯域の冷気による冷却がなされる複数個の冷却室と、を含んで、
前記第1冷気発生ユニットは、
前記分配装置に連結されて冷媒が流動する第1冷媒流路と、
前記第1冷媒流路に設置されて冷媒を膨脹させる第1膨脹装置と、
前記第1膨脹装置で膨脹された冷媒を蒸発させてそれぞれ異なる温度帯域の冷気を発生させ、直列に連結される複数個の蒸発器を備える第1蒸発ユニットと、を含んで、
前記第2冷気発生ユニットは、
前記分配装置に連結されて冷媒が流動する第2冷媒流路と、
前記第2冷媒流路に設置されて冷媒を膨脹させる第2膨脹装置と、
前記第2膨脹装置で膨脹された冷媒を蒸発させて冷気を発生させる一個以上の蒸発器を備える第2蒸発ユニットと、
前記第1冷媒流路と前記第2冷媒流路とを連結し、前記第1冷媒流路と前記第2冷媒流路間の冷媒流動が選択的になされるようにして、前記第1蒸発ユニットを通過する冷媒と前記第2冷媒流路に流れる冷媒との圧力差を減らし、前記第1蒸発ユニットの過熱度を調節できるようにする連結装置と、を含んで、
前記連結装置は、
前記第1蒸発ユニットの後段部側と前記第2膨脹装置の後段部側とを連結して冷媒が流動するようにする連結管と、
前記連結管を通じた冷媒の流動を制御する制御弁と、を含み、
前記第1膨脹装置の長さは前記第2膨脹装置の長さよりも短く設けられ、膨脹装置における冷媒の圧力降下は、前記第1膨脹装置に比べて前記第2膨脹装置でより大きく発生する、冷凍サイクル装置。 - 冷媒を圧縮して吐出する圧縮器と、
前記圧縮器から吐出された冷媒を凝縮する少なくとも一つの凝縮器を含む凝縮ユニットと、
前記凝縮ユニットで凝縮された冷媒を分配する分配装置と、
前記分配装置により分配された冷媒をそれぞれ蒸発させ、直列及び並列に連結されてそれぞれ異なる温度帯域の冷気を発生させる複数個の蒸発器を含む冷気発生ユニットと、を含んで、
前記冷気発生ユニットは、
前記分配装置から分配されたいずれか一方の冷媒を用いて冷気を発生させる第1冷気発生ユニットと、
前記第1冷気発生ユニットに並列に連結されて、前記分配装置から分配されたいずれか他方の冷媒を用いて冷気を発生させ、前記第1冷気発生ユニットとの冷媒流動が選択的になされる第2冷気発生ユニットと、
前記本体内部に備えられ、前記第1冷気発生ユニット及び前記第2冷気発生ユニットにより具現されて、それぞれ異なる温度帯域の冷気による冷却がなされる複数個の冷却室と、を含んで、
前記第1冷気発生ユニットは、
前記分配装置に連結されて冷媒が流動する第1冷媒流路と、
前記第1冷媒流路に設置されて冷媒を膨脹させる第1膨脹装置と、
前記第1膨脹装置で膨脹された冷媒を蒸発させてそれぞれ異なる温度帯域の冷気を発生させ、直列に連結される複数個の蒸発器を備える第1蒸発ユニットと、を含んで、
前記第2冷気発生ユニットは、
前記分配装置に連結されて冷媒が流動する第2冷媒流路と、
前記第2冷媒流路に設置されて冷媒を膨脹させる第2膨脹装置と、
前記第2膨脹装置で膨脹された冷媒を蒸発させて冷気を発生させる一個以上の蒸発器を備える第2蒸発ユニットと、
前記第1冷媒流路と前記第2冷媒流路とを連結し、前記第1冷媒流路と前記第2冷媒流路間の冷媒流動が選択的になされるようにして、前記第1蒸発ユニットを通過する冷媒と前記第2冷媒流路に流れる冷媒との圧力差を減らし、前記第1蒸発ユニットの過熱度を調節できるようにする連結装置と、を含んで、
前記連結装置は、
前記第1蒸発ユニットの複数個の蒸発器間と前記第2膨脹装置の後段部側とを連結して冷媒が流動するようにする連結管と、
前記連結管を通じた冷媒の流動を制御する制御弁と、
を含み、
前記第1膨脹装置の長さは前記第2膨脹装置の長さよりも短く設けられ、膨脹装置における冷媒の圧力降下は、前記第1膨脹装置に比べて前記第2膨脹装置でより大きく発生する、冷凍サイクル装置。
