(2)耐湿性試験
試験条件:温度50℃、湿度98%雰囲気中に240時間放置
判定基準(表面状態):◎印 金属光沢、△印 白点、×印 全体が白化
(3)冷熱サイクル試験
試験条件:常温→温度(−40℃)→温度80℃ 湿度90%を1サイクル8時間とし、10サイクル80時間実施
判定基準(表面状態):◎印 金属光沢、△印 黄色く変色、×印 ひび割れ
(4)耐アルカリ性試験
試験条件:1%水酸化カリウム溶液に10分間浸し、その後水洗いする
判定基準(表面状態):◎印 金属光沢、○印 滴下部分がやや変色、△印 滴下部分が白化、×印 滴下部分が白化・消失

Claims (2)
- 樹脂基材上に2種類の金属膜を交互に成膜した金属多層膜構造であって、最も前記樹脂基材側に位置する金属膜は膜厚1nmから20nmの範囲のアルミニウム膜であり、他の金属膜は膜厚1nmから20nmの範囲の、ステンレス系材料、又はクロム系材料の何れかからなる金属膜であり、前記金属多層膜構造は、6層以上、20層以下の金属膜からなることを特徴とする金属多層膜構造。
- 樹脂基材上に2種類の金属膜を交互に成膜した金属多層膜構造であって、最も前記樹脂基材側に位置する金属膜は膜厚1nmから20nmの範囲の、ステンレス系材料、又はクロム系材料の何れかからなる金属膜であり、他の金属膜は膜厚1nmから20nmの範囲のアルミニウム膜であり、前記金属多層膜構造は、6層以上、20層以下の金属膜からなることを特徴とする金属多層膜構造。
