第1透明基材、

第1透明基材と第2透明基材とによって挟まれた色変換層、
から成り、
色変換層は、少なくとも緑色発光蛍光体粒子から成り、
緑色発光蛍光体粒子は、上述した製造方法により得られ、Sr1−xGa2S4:Eux(但し、0.10≦x≦0.20、好ましくは、0.10≦x≦0.18)から成り、(内部量子効率/吸収効率)の値が0.7以上である。
(a)光源、及び、
(b)光源から出射された光によって励起される蛍光体粒子、
を備えた発光装置であって、
蛍光体粒子は、少なくとも緑色発光蛍光体粒子から成り、
緑色発光蛍光体粒子は、上述した製造方法により得られ、Sr1−xGa2S4:Eux(但し、0.10≦x≦0.20、好ましくは、0.10≦x≦0.18)から成り、(内部量子効率/吸収効率)の値が0.7以上である。
(A)画像表示装置、及び、
(B)画像表示装置を背面から照明する発光装置、
から成り、
発光装置は、
(a)光源、及び、
(b)光源から出射された光によって励起される蛍光体粒子、
を備えており、
蛍光体粒子は、少なくとも緑色発光蛍光体粒子から成り、
緑色発光蛍光体粒子は、上述した製造方法により得られ、Sr1−xGa2S4:Eux(但し、0.10≦x≦0.20、好ましくは、0.10≦x≦0.18)から成り、(内部量子効率/吸収効率)の値が0.7以上である。

本発明の第1の態様に係る緑色発光蛍光体粒子の製造方法においては、限定するものではないが、ユウロピウム化合物とストロンチウム化合物とを含む溶液に亜硫酸塩を滴下することで、(Sr,Eu)SO3から成る前記粉体(中間粉体物)を得る形態とすることができる。また、本発明の第2の態様に係る緑色発光蛍光体粒子の製造方法においては、限定するものではないが、ユウロピウム化合物とストロンチウム化合物とを含む溶液に粉末ガリウム化合物を加え、亜硫酸塩を滴下することで、Sr、Eu及びGaを含む前記粉体を得る形態とすることができる。

第1透明基材11と第2透明基材12とによって挟まれた色変換層13、
から成る。
(A)画像表示装置20、及び、
(B)画像表示装置20を背面から照明する発光装置(具体的には、面状発光装置、面状光源装置)30、
から成り、
発光装置30は、
(a)光源31、及び、
(b)光源から出射された光によって励起される蛍光体粒子、
を備えている。
(a)光源、及び、
(b)光源から出射された光によって励起される蛍光体粒子、
を備えている。ここで、実施例5においては、光源及び蛍光体粒子は一体に組み立てられており、半導体発光素子組立体によって構成されている。
Claims (19)
- ユウロピウム化合物とストロンチウム化合物とを含む溶液に、亜硫酸塩を滴下することで、(Sr,Eu)SO3から成る粉体を得た後、該粉体と粉状ガリウム化合物とを混合し、次いで、焼成し、Sr 1−x Ga 2 S 4 :Eu x (但し、0.10≦x≦0.20)から成り、(内部量子効率/吸収効率)の値が0.7以上である緑色発光蛍光体粒子を得る緑色発光蛍光体粒子の製造方法。
- ユウロピウム化合物とストロンチウム化合物とを含む溶液に粉状ガリウム化合物を加え、亜硫酸塩を滴下することで、Sr、Eu及びGaを含む粉体を析出させて得た後、次いで粉体を焼成し、Sr 1−x Ga 2 S 4 :Eu x (但し、0.10≦x≦0.20)から成り、(内部量子効率/吸収効率)の値が0.7以上である緑色発光蛍光体粒子を得る緑色発光蛍光体粒子の製造方法。
- 前記亜硫酸塩は、亜硫酸アンモニウム、亜硫酸ナトリウム、及び亜硫酸カリウムからなる群より選ばれた1種以上である請求項1又は2に記載の緑色発光蛍光体粒子の製造方法。
- 前記粉状ガリウム化合物は、酸化ガリウム、硫酸ガリウム、硝酸ガリウム、臭化ガリウム、塩化ガリウム、ヨウ化ガリウム、硫化ガリウム(II)、硫化ガリウム(III)、及びオキシ水酸化ガリウムからなる群より選ばれた1種以上である請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の緑色発光蛍光体粒子の製造方法。
- 前記粉体と粉状ガリウム化合物との混合は、ボールミルを用いて行う請求項1に記載の緑色発光蛍光体粒子の製造方法。
- 焼成を、硫化水素ガス雰囲気中で行う請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の緑色発光蛍光体粒子の製造方法。
- 第1透明基材、
第2透明基材、及び、
第1透明基材と第2透明基材とによって挟まれた色変換層、
から成り、
色変換層は、少なくとも緑色発光蛍光体粒子から成り、
緑色発光蛍光体粒子は、請求項1又は2に記載の製造方法により得られ、Sr1−xGa2S4:Eux(但し、0.10≦x≦0.20)から成り、(内部量子効率/吸収効率)の値が0.7以上である色変換シート。 - 色変換層は、緑色発光蛍光体粒子及び赤色発光粒子から成る請求項7に記載の色変換シート。
- 青色光が入射し、白色光を出射する請求項8に記載の色変換シート。
- (a)光源、及び、
(b)光源から出射された光によって励起される蛍光体粒子、
を備えた発光装置であって、
蛍光体粒子は、少なくとも緑色発光蛍光体粒子から成り、
緑色発光蛍光体粒子は、請求項1又は2に記載の製造方法により得られ、Sr1−xGa2S4:Eux(但し、0.10≦x≦0.20)から成り、(内部量子効率/吸収効率)の値が0.7以上である発光装置。 - 蛍光体粒子は、緑色発光蛍光体粒子及び赤色発光粒子から成る請求項10に記載の発光装置。
- 層状の蛍光体粒子は、透明基材の第1面上に形成されており、
光源は、第1面と対向する透明基材の第2面に対向して配置されている請求項10又は請求項11に記載の発光装置。 - 蛍光体粒子は、第2透明基材によって被覆されている請求項12に記載の発光装置。
- (A)画像表示装置、及び、
(B)画像表示装置を背面から照明する発光装置、
から成り、
発光装置は、
(a)光源、及び、
(b)光源から出射された光によって励起される蛍光体粒子、
を備えており、
蛍光体粒子は、少なくとも緑色発光蛍光体粒子から成り、
緑色発光蛍光体粒子は、請求項1又は2に記載の製造方法により得られ、Sr1−xGa2S4:Eux(但し、0.10≦x≦0.20)から成り、(内部量子効率/吸収効率)の値が0.7以上である画像表示装置組立体。 - 蛍光体粒子は、緑色発光蛍光体粒子及び赤色発光粒子から成る請求項14に記載の画像表示装置組立体。
- 層状の蛍光体粒子は、透明基材の第1面上に形成されており、
光源は、第1面と対向する透明基材の第2面に対向して配置されている請求項14又は請求項15に記載の画像表示装置組立体。 - 蛍光体粒子は、第2透明基材によって被覆されている請求項16に記載の画像表示装置組立体。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の製造方法により得られ、Sr1−xGa2S4:Eux(但し、0.10≦x≦0.20)から成り、(内部量子効率/吸収効率)の値が0.7以上である緑色発光蛍光体粒子。
- メジアン径が1μm乃至7μmである請求項18に記載の緑色発光蛍光体粒子。
