Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の実施形態の導電性ペースト塗布機構14は、太陽電池セル1の表面が保持面に位置するように、太陽電池セル1を保持する旋回部140と、太陽電池セル1の第1面及び第2面に、導電性ペーストを塗布する塗布部142と、を備え、旋回部140は、第1面に導電性ペーストが塗布されてから、第2面に導電性ペーストが塗布されるまでの間に、太陽電池セル1を保持しながら、旋回軸を中心に旋回し、旋回軸と保持面との間には、垂直方向のオフセットがある。

Claims (4)
- 太陽電池セルの表面が保持面に位置するように、前記太陽電池セルを保持しながら旋回軸を中心に旋回する旋回部と、
前記太陽電池セルの第1面及び第2面に、導電性ペーストを塗布する塗布部と、を備え、
前記旋回軸と前記保持面との間には、垂直方向のオフセットがあり、
前記旋回部は、水平第1方向に移動し、
前記塗布部は、前記水平第1方向とは逆の水平第2方向に移動して、前記第1面に前記導電性ペーストを塗布し、
前記旋回部は、前記第1面に前記導電性ペーストが塗布された後に、前記太陽電池セルを保持しながら、前記旋回軸を中心に旋回し、かつ、前記水平第2方向に移動し、
前記塗布部は、前記旋回部が旋回した後に、前記水平第1方向に移動して、前記第2面に前記導電性ペーストを塗布する、
ことを特徴とする導電性ペースト塗布機構。 - 前記旋回部は、複数のアームを備え、
各アームは、互いに、前記塗布部と干渉しない間隔をあけて、設けられている、
請求項1に記載の導電性ペースト塗布機構。 - 太陽電池セルを配置するセル配置機構と、
前記太陽電池セルに導電性ペーストを塗布する導電性ペースト塗布機構と、
前記導電性ペーストが塗布された太陽電池セルに、溶着工程を施す溶着機構と、を備える、セル配線装置であって、
前記導電性ペースト塗布機構は、
前記太陽電池セルの表面が保持面に位置するように、前記太陽電池セルを保持しながら旋回軸を中心に旋回する旋回部と、
前記太陽電池セルの第1面及び第2面に、前記導電性ペーストを塗布する塗布部と、を備え、
前記旋回軸と前記保持面との間には、垂直方向のオフセットがあり、
前記旋回部は、水平第1方向に移動し、
前記塗布部は、前記水平第1方向とは逆の水平第2方向に移動して、前記第1面に前記導電性ペーストを塗布し、
前記旋回部は、前記第1面に前記導電性ペーストが塗布された後に、前記太陽電池セルを保持しながら、前記旋回軸を中心に旋回し、かつ、前記水平第2方向に移動し、
前記塗布部は、前記旋回部が旋回した後に、前記水平第1方向に移動して、前記第2面に前記導電性ペーストを塗布する、
ことを特徴とするセル配線装置。 - 前記旋回部は、複数のアームを備え、
各アームは、互いに、前記塗布部と干渉しない間隔をあけて、設けられている、
