Claims (1)
- その一端が車体を基準に回転する加速ペダルと、
車速信号及びスイッチから信号を受信して前記二つの信号を比較し、車速が制限速度より大きい場合には、設定された制限速度及び設定されたモードに基づいて加速ペダルの反力を制御するための制御信号を出力するペダル制御ユニットとを利用する加速ペダルシステムにおいて、
前記制御信号が出力される場合に、前記制御信号を受信して、前記加速ペダルが前記設定されたモードによって作動するように前記加速ペダルを制御し、前記加速ペダルの下部且つ前方に配置される反力装置と、
前記反力装置が位置するケースと、を含み、
前記反力装置は、
前記制御信号に基づいて印加される電流によって動力を発生させ、前記加速ペダルの前方に配置されるモータで形成されるアクチュエータと、
前記アクチュエータから発生した動力を選択的に伝達する動力伝達ユニットと、
前記動力伝達ユニットから動力の伝達を受けて、前記加速ペダルに伝達するホイールと、を含み、
前記設定されたモードは、
前記加速ペダルが反力を発生させるように作動する第1モードと、
前記加速ペダルが振動を発生させるように作動する第2モードと、
前記加速ペダルがノッキングを発生させるように作動する第3モードと、を含み、
前記動力伝達ユニットは、
前記アクチュエータから動力の伝達を受ける第1ギヤと、
前記第1ギヤから動力の伝達を受けて、前記ホイールを設定された角度に回転させる第2ギヤとを含み、
前記第1ギヤはスパーギヤで形成され、
前記第2ギヤはウォームギヤで形成され、
前記ホイールは、前記第2ギヤのウォームギヤ側に向けて扇形に広がる形状とされこの扇形の先端に第2ギヤと噛み合うギヤが形成されたウォームホイールとなっており、前記第2ギヤと対向する端部側にダンパーが配置されていることを特徴とする加速ペダルシステム。
