Claims (9)
- 補強繊維からなる補強基材を熱硬化性マトリックス樹脂中に埋設したプリプレグにおいて、該補強基材より少なくとも一方のプリプレグ表面側の熱硬化性マトリックス樹脂中に樹脂製中空微粒子を分散させ、前記樹脂製中空微粒子を前記プリプレグ表面側に局在化させたプリプレグ。
- 前記樹脂製中空微粒子の添加量が、熱硬化性マトリックス樹脂と樹脂製中空微粒子の重量の総和に対して3重量%以下である請求項1に記載のプリプレグ。
- 前記樹脂製中空微粒子の粒径が200μm以下である請求項1または2に記載のプリプレグ。
- 前記樹脂製中空微粒子を構成する樹脂が熱可塑性樹脂である請求項1,2または3に記載のプリプレグ。
- 前記補強繊維が強度3000MPa以上の炭素繊維である請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のプリプレグ。
- 前記熱硬化性マトリックス樹脂と樹脂製中空微粒子の重量の総和が、プリプレグ全重量の30〜60重量%である請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のプリプレグ。
- 前記熱硬化性マトリックス樹脂が2官能以上のエポキシ樹脂を主成分とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のプリプレグ。
- 前記補強基材を構成する前記補強繊維の群の上下両側に前記熱硬化性マトリックス樹脂の一部を構成する樹脂フィルムを加熱圧着して該樹脂フィルムの樹脂を前記補強繊維の群に含浸させ、その上下両側に樹脂製中空微粒子が配合された前記熱硬化性マトリックス樹脂の残余の部分を構成する樹脂フィルムを加熱圧着することにより、前記樹脂製中空微粒子を前記プリプレグ表面側に局在化させた請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のプリプレグ。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載のプリプレグを複数積層して硬化させてなる繊維補強複合材料。
