Abstract
【解決手段】補強繊維2aからなる補強基材2を熱硬化性マトリックス樹脂中に埋設したプリプレグ1において、補強基材2より少なくとも一方のプリプレグ表面側の熱硬化性マトリックス樹脂中に樹脂製中空微粒子4を分散させる。繊維補強複合材料は、プリプレグ1を複数積層して硬化させてなる。樹脂製中空微粒子4の添加量としては、熱硬化性マトリックス樹脂と樹脂製中空微粒子4の重量の総和に対して3重量%以下にするのがよく、樹脂製中空微粒子4の粒径としては200μm以下にするのがよい。

Claims (8)
- 補強繊維からなる補強基材を熱硬化性マトリックス樹脂中に埋設したプリプレグにおいて、該補強基材より少なくとも一方のプリプレグ表面側の熱硬化性マトリックス樹脂中に樹脂製中空微粒子を分散させたプリプレグ。
- 前記樹脂製中空微粒子の添加量が、熱硬化性マトリックス樹脂と樹脂製中空微粒子の重量の総和に対して3重量%以下である請求項1に記載のプリプレグ。
- 前記樹脂製中空微粒子の粒径が200μm以下である請求項1または2に記載のプリプレグ。
- 前記樹脂製中空微粒子を構成する樹脂が熱可塑性樹脂である請求項1,2または3に記載のプリプレグ。
- 前記補強繊維が強度3000MPa以上の炭素繊維である請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のプリプレグ。
- 前記熱硬化性マトリックス樹脂と樹脂製中空微粒子の重量の総和が、プリプレグ全重量の30〜60重量%である請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のプリプレグ。
- 前記熱硬化性マトリックス樹脂が2官能以上のエポキシ樹脂を主成分とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のプリプレグ。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のプリプレグを複数積層して硬化させてなる繊維補強複合材料。
