Description
実施の形態1.
図1は実施の形態1に係るEGRバルブ1の構成を示す図であり、一部を断面にして示した図である。また、図2は実施の形態1に係る取り付け装置2の構成を示す断面図である。また、図3は実施の形態1に係るEGRバルブ1の取り付けシステムの構成を示す図であり、一部を断面にして示した図である。
図1−3に示すように、EGRバルブ1の取り付けシステムは、EGRバルブ1及び取り付け装置2から構成される。
なお、突出部10は、EGRバルブ1を取り付け装置2に装着した際に埋没しない部分であり、ドロップイン部11は、EGRバルブ1を取り付け装置2に装着した際に埋没する部分である。
そこで、図4(b)に示すように、取り付け装置2の水冷通路15に、流入口16側の水冷通路15aと流出口17側の水冷通路15bとに分断するせき止め部20が形成される。このせき止め部20が形成されることにより、流入口16から流入した冷却水が取り付け装置2側の水冷通路15aを流れた後、EGRバルブ1側の水冷通路12を流れ、取り付け装置2側の水冷通路15bを流れて流出口17から流出させることができる。
Claims (7)
- 内燃機関の排気ガス還流路と連通する取り付け装置にドロップイン部が埋没するように装着し、前記排気ガス還流路と連通する排気ガス通路を有するドロップイン型の排気ガス再循環バルブにおいて、
前記取り付け装置に装着した際に、前記取り付け装置が有する、前記排気ガス通路を冷却する水冷通路と連通する水冷通路を前記取り付け装置との当接面に開口を有し、排気ガス再循環バルブ本体の突出部に形成した
ことを特徴とするドロップイン型の排気ガス再循環バルブ。 - 水冷通路は軸受を含む軸受け部を囲むように形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のドロップイン型の排気ガス再循環バルブ。 - 水冷通路に冷却水の流れの少ない袋溜まり部が存在する場合に、前記袋溜まり部に、冷却水の流れを発生させる追加水路が形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1項記載のドロップイン型の排気ガス再循環バルブ。 - 水冷通路はリブ構造に形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のドロップイン型の排気ガス再循環バルブ。 - 水冷通路は面粗度が少なくとも取り付け装置との当接面より粗く形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のドロップイン型の排気ガス再循環バルブ。 - 内燃機関の排気ガス還流路と連通する取り付け装置と、ドロップイン部が埋没するように前記取り付け装置に装着し、前記排気ガス還流路と連通する排気ガス通路を有するドロップイン型の排気ガス再循環バルブからなり、
前記排気ガス再循環バルブは、
前記取り付け装置に装着した際に、前記取り付け装置が有する、前記排気ガス通路を冷却する水冷通路と連通する水冷通路を前記取り付け装置との当接面に開口を有し、排気ガス再循環バルブ本体の突出部に形成した
ことを特徴とするドロップイン型の排気ガス再循環バルブの取り付けシステム。 - 取り付け装置の水冷通路には、前記取り付け装置の水冷通路に流入した冷却水を排気ガス再循環バルブの水冷通路に流すせき止め部が形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項6記載のドロップイン型の排気ガス再循環バルブの取り付けシステム。
