Claims (3)
- エンジン速度の制御が可能なモータを有するハイブリッド電気車両のエンジン停止位置の制御方法において、
(a)制御部によりエンジン停止時、エンジンに供給される燃料を遮断した状態でモータを通してエンジン速度をエンジン速度減少率1に従って減速制御する段階と、
(b)エンジン速度が設定速度1まで減速されると、エンジン速度減少率を低く調整し、モータを通してエンジン速度をエンジン速度減少率2に従って減少制御すると同時に、クランクセンサーおよびカムセンサーのシグナルを処理してクランク位置をモニタリングし、現在のクランク位置が予め設定された目標エンジン停止位置と一致する回数をカウントする段階と、
(c)一致する回数が予め設定された回数以上となりながらエンジン速度が設定速度2以下に減速された状態ならば、クランク位置が目標エンジン停止位置と一致する時点でモータを通してエンジンを停止させる段階と、を含むことを特徴とするハイブリッド電気車両のエンジン停止位置の制御方法。 - 前記(b)段階において、クランクセンサーとカムセンサーのシグナルからクランクセンサーの失歯(missing tooth)を検出し、失歯が検出されると失歯から前記クランクセンサーのシグナルのパルス下降エッジをカウントし、カウントされたパルス下降エッジの個数が目標エンジン停止位置として設定された下降エッジの設定個数になると、現在のクランク位置が目標エンジン停止位置と一致すると判断することを特徴とする請求項1記載のハイブリッド電気車両のエンジン停止位置の制御方法。
- 前記失歯を検出する過程において、前記カムセンサーのシグナルの下降エッジが入力される時点から前記クランクセンサーのシグナルのパルス下降エッジをカウントし、カウントされた下降エッジの個数が予め設定された設定個数となると、失歯として検出することを特徴とする請求項2記載のハイブリッド電気車両のエンジン停止位置の制御方法。
