Description
Claims (14)
- 剛性発泡ポリマーエンブリオ体を製造するために、本質的に互いに平行なプレス面を備有するプレス機内に配置される型ツール(10)であって、
前記プレス面に対して垂直な方向に互いに対して相対移動可能な第1の型部材(20)及び第2の型部材(30)と、
前記相対移動の少なくとも一部分の間、前記第1の型部材と前記第2の型部材との間の本質的に気密なシールを構成する密封手段(40)と、を有し、前記密封手段は、可変容積の閉鎖した型キャビティを構成し、
前記第1の型部材は、前記型キャビティの容積の少なくとも一部を定めると共に、外周縁(90)を有し、前記第2の型部材は、前記第1の型部材の前記外周縁に近接してそれを包囲するリム(100)を有し、前記密封手段は、前記リムと前記外周縁との間に形成される隙間に配置され、
前記外周縁と前記リムの輪郭は、前記密封手段が前記第1の型部材と前記第2の型部材とに接触して前記第1の型部材と前記第2の型部材との間の本質的に気密なシールを形成するように、且つ、前記密封手段により、予め決められた値の前記型キャビティの容積を充填容積に対して6%〜20%増加させるように、且つ、その後、前記型キャビティ内の過剰圧力を回避するために、前記外周縁と前記リムの間の隙間が増大して気密の効果が低下されるように、形成される、型ツール。 - 前記型ツールは、平らなパネルとして形成されるエンブリオ体を成形するためのものであり、
前記第1の型部材及び前記第2の型部材の各々は、前記プレス面と平行であり且つそれぞれの前記プレス面に隣接して配置される主壁(60,70)を有し、
前記第1の型部材は、本質的に垂直であり且つ前記第1の型部材の主壁を包囲する側壁(80)を有し、前記側壁の外周は、前記外周縁を構成する、請求項1に記載の型ツール。 - 前記第1の型部材及び前記第2の型部材の主壁は、互いに本質的に同一の熱特性を有する、請求項2に記載の型ツール。
- 前記第2の型部材は、その主壁を包囲する側壁(150)を有し、前記リム(100)は、前記第2の型部材の側壁(150)の延長部として形成される、請求項2又は3に記載の型ツール。
- 前記側壁は、前記外周縁(90)と前記リム(100)との間の隙間の減少が200気圧の内圧において25%未満であるように寸法決めされる、請求項2〜4の何れか1項に記載の型ツール。
- 前記外周縁は、成形圧力に晒されたときに前記密封手段を支持するように形成されると共に、成形後の前記エンブリオ体に前記密封手段が取付けられ且つ前記密封手段と成形後の前記エンブリオ体とが一緒に取外されることを可能にするように形成される、請求項5に記載の型ツール。
- 前記密封手段は、エラストマー密封部材を含む、請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の型ツール。
- 前記型ツールが充填位置に位置決めされているとき、排気出口が、前記型キャビティの最高点のところに又はその近傍に配置される、請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の型ツール。
- 剛性発泡ポリマー製エンブリオ体を製造するために、可変容積の閉鎖した型キャビティを有する型ツールであって、
少なくとも1つの静止部材と、少なくとも1つの移動可能な部材と、を有し、前記少なくとも1つの移動可能な部材は、成形中、前記型キャビティの容積(50)を変化させることが可能であり、
前記静止部材は、前記型キャビティの容積の少なくとも一部を定めると共に、外周縁(90)を有し、前記移動可能な部材は、前記静止部材の前記外周縁に近接してそれを包囲するリム(100)を有し、
更に、前記リムと前記外周縁との間に形成される隙間に配置された密封手段を有し、
前記外周縁と前記リムの輪郭は、前記密封手段が前記静止部材と前記移動可能な部材とに接触して前記静止部材と前記移動可能な部材との間に本質的に気密なシールが形成するように、且つ、前記密封手段により、予め決められた値の前記型キャビティの容積を充填容積に対して6%〜20%増加させるように、且つ、その後、前記型キャビティ内の過剰圧力を回避するために、前記外周縁と前記リムの間の隙間が増大して気密の効果が低下されるように、構成される、型ツール。 - 前記気密の効果は、徐々に低下する、請求項9に記載の型ツール。
- 剛性発泡ポリマーエンブリオ体を製造するプレスシステムであって、
本質的に互いに平行なプレス面(130)と、
前記プレス面の間に配置された複数の温度制御プレートと、を有し、
前記プレスシステムは、請求項1〜10の何れか1項に記載の型ツールを前記温度制御プレートの間に交互に受入れるように構成され、
更に、成形プロセス中、前記温度制御プレートを互いに平行に保つように構成された平行化手段(200)を有する、プレスシステム。 - 前記平行化手段は、前記温度制御プレート(140)に設けられた細長いガイド(220)及びそれに係合するガイドブロック(230)を含む、請求項11に記載のプレスシステム。
- 前記平行化手段は、3つ又は4つ以上の圧縮ばね部材(210)を含み、前記圧縮ばね部材は、前記温度制御プレート(140)の各対の間に対称に配置される、請求項11に記載のプレスシステム。
- 前記平行化手段は、3つ又は4つ以上の移動制限部材(240)を含み、前記移動制限部材は、前記温度制御プレートの各対の間に対称に配置される、請求項11に記載のプレスシステム。
