Claims (12)
- 物質を収容するための少なくとも1つのチャンバ(6a,6b)と、前記チャンバ(6a,6b)の中でピストン(8a,8b)を移動させるためのピストンロッド機構(4)と、を備えるカートリッジにおいて、
前記チャンバ(6a,6b)は、吐出開口部(11a,11b)と、前記チャンバ内で移動できる前記ピストン(8a,8b)により閉鎖されて物質を吐出するのに役立つ別の開口部と、を有し、
前記ピストンロッド機構は、前記ピストン(8a,8b)と対向する少なくとも1つの第1ピストンロッド(14,14a,14b)と、少なくとも1つの追加ピストンロッド(15,15’)と、前記第1および/または追加ピストンロッドに設けられる前記ピストンロッドを確実および/または不確実に接続するための少なくとも1つの手段(19,20,21)と、前記第1ピストンロッド(14,14a,14b)と前記追加ピストンロッド(15,15’)との間で圧縮応力を与えられた少なくとも1つのばね要素(18,18a,18b)と、を有し、
前記ピストンロッドは、前記ばね要素(18,18a,18b)によって、前記第1ピストンロッド(14,14a,14b)が前記追加ピストンロッド(15,15’)に少なくとも部分的に隣接して配置される第1吐出段階から、前記第1および追加ピストンロッドが略前後に配置されて相互接続される第2吐出段階まで移動できる、カートリッジ。 - 前記第1吐出段階において、前記第1ピストンロッド(14,14a,14b)と前記追加ピストンロッド(15,15’)とが相互に入れ子式に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記ピストンロッドの1つにスナップイン溝(19)が設けられ、他のピストンロッドに前記スナップイン溝(19)と嵌合するためのスナップインタブ(20)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記ピストンロッドの少なくとも1つに少なくとも1つの拡張部またはスナップインウェブ(21)が設けられ、前記第1吐出段階中に前記ピストンロッドが互いに対して移動する位置から、前記第2吐出段階中に少なくとも一方向における前記ピストンロッドの互いに対する移動が阻止される第2位置まで、すなわち前記ピストンロッドの間の相対位置に応じてスナップすることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記第1吐出段階および第2吐出段階中に、前記追加ピストンロッド(15,15’)が前記第1ピストンロッド(14,14a,14b)に直接支持されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 互いに対して前後におよび/または隣接して配置されるとともに、前記ピストン(8a,8b)および前記ピストンロッド(14a,14b)またはピストンロッド区分がそれぞれ割り当てられる複数の前記チャンバ(6a,6b)を備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記ピストンロッド機構が、少なくとも1つの前記吐出開口部(11a,11b)の反対に位置するカバー(3,17)において移動可能に案内される伝達ピストン(16)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記カートリッジの前記少なくとも1つの吐出開口部(11a,11b)を有する端部にアプリケータ(5)が固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの吐出開口部(11a,11b)が、自動的に開封される密封機構(9)により密封されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 単独の前記ばね要素(18,18a,18b)の力のみにより前記密封機構(9)が開封されないように、少なくとも1つの前記ばね要素の力が前記密封機構(9)に適応していることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記第1吐出段階中、すなわち少なくとも前記第1ピストンロッド(14,14a,14b)の初回移動の前に、前記ピストンロッド(14,14a,14b,15,15’)が、前記ばね要素(18,18a,18b)が圧縮される位置に分離可能にロックされることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 圧力ばね(18,18a,18b)によって、第1圧縮状態では相互に略隣接して配置されるとともに、略前後に配置される第2延出状態へ自動的に移動できる第1ピストンロッド(14,14a,14b)および第2ピストンロッド(15,15’)を備え、
前記ピストンロッドの少なくとも一方は前記第2延出状態中に前記第1圧縮状態への回復を阻止するロック手段(19,20,21)を有する、ピストンロッド機構。
