Description
R1は同じであっても異なってもよく、アルキル、アリールおよびアルケニル基から選択され、アミン基、式OR5(ただしR5は水素またはC1〜6アルキル)の酸素含有基、および下記式(I):
−R6−N(R7)−C(O)−R8−C(O)−XR9 (I)
に従う官能基で任意選択で置換されており

R6は、炭素原子1〜12個のアルキル、ヒドロキシアルキル、カルボキシアルキル、および炭素原子最大10個のポリオキシアルキレンから選択され、
R7は、水素、炭素原子1〜6個のアルキル、ヒドロキシアルキル、カルボキシアルキル、および炭素原子1〜10個のポリオキシアルキレンから選択され、R7は、R8と結合して、環を形成してもよく、
R8は、炭素原子1〜20個を有するアルキル基であり、
R9は、水素、または酸素もしくは窒素を含有する基で任意選択で置換されている炭素原子1〜10個を有するアルキル基であり、
Xは、O、SおよびNHから選択され、
ただし、有機シリコーンポリマー中の少なくとも1つのR1基が上記式(I)に従う官能基またはその誘導塩であることを条件とする)、
R2は、同じであっても異なってもよく、アルキル、アリールおよびアルケニルから選択され、
R3およびR4は、同じであっても異なってもよく、アルキル、アリール、キャップドまたは非キャップドポリオキシアルキレン、アルカリール、アラルキレンおよびアルケニルから選択され、
aは、0から50,000までの整数であり、
bは、0から100までの整数であり、
a+bは、少なくとも25である。]
1−アミド−3−カルボキシピロリドン−1−プロピルポリジメチルシロキサンの液体をメタノール500mlおよびp−トルエンスルホン酸0.28gに添加した。得た混合物を60℃で5時間、還流加熱した。この結果、2層が形成された。上澄み液を除去し、真空下で濃縮してオレンジ油残渣を得た。
無水コハク酸(1g、0.01mol)をテトラヒドロフランに溶解し、アミノ官能化したPDMS43.7g(0.01mol)に20分の期間にわたり、混合物を滴下添加した。得た溶液を80℃まで2時間、還流加熱した。この結果、2層が形成された。上澄み液を除去し、真空下で濃縮して油残渣を得た。
セバシン酸(2g、0.01mol)をテトラヒドロフラン60mlに溶解し、アミノ官能化したPDMS43.7g(0.01mol)に、混合物を攪拌しながら滴下添加した。得られた溶液を80℃まで5時間、還流加熱した。この結果、2層が形成された。上澄み液を除去し、真空下で濃縮し油残渣を得た。
実施例2、3および4の組成物を60cm×60cmの海用合板のパネルに刷毛で(乾燥膜厚が約300μmになるように)施用した。パネルには、エポキシプライマーおよびアクリル系タイコートの2種の塗料を下塗りしておいた。各組成物6サンプルを刷毛で施用した。相対的な性能および本発明による塗料上の付着物定着の量および多様性を評価するために、標準塗料および無毒対照を基準として施用した。
以上より、本発明の具体的な例として以下の発明が挙げられる。

R 7 は、水素、炭素原子1〜6個のアルキル、ヒドロキシアルキル、カルボキシアルキル、および炭素原子1〜10個のポリオキシアルキレンから選択され、R 7 は、R 8 と結合して、環を形成してもよく、
R 8 は、炭素原子1〜20個を有するアルキル基であり、
R 9 は、水素、または酸素もしくは窒素を含有する基で任意選択で置換されている炭素原子1〜10個を有するアルキル基であり、
Xは、O、SおよびNHから選択され、
ただし、有機シリコーンポリマー中の少なくとも1つのR1基が上記式(I)に従う官能基またはその誘導塩であることを条件とする)、
R2は、同じであっても異なってもよく、アルキル、アリールおよびアルケニルから選択され、
R3およびR4は、同じであっても異なってもよく、アルキル、アリール、キャップドまたは非キャップドポリオキシアルキレン、アルカリール、アラルキレンおよびアルケニルから選択され、
aは、0から50,000までの整数であり、
bは、0から100までの整数であり、
a+bは、少なくとも25である。]
で表される有機シリコーンポリマー、および硬化性ポリマーを含む防汚塗料組成物。
[2] 1つの実施形態において、R 7 が水素で、R 8 が炭素原子1〜20個を有するアルキル基である、[1]に記載の塗料組成物。
[3] R 7 がR 8 に連結し、ピロリドン型の環を形成する、[1]に記載の塗料組成物。
[4] 前記有機シリコーンポリマーが液体である、[1]〜[3]のいずれか一項に記載の塗料組成物。
[5] 前記有機シリコーンポリマーの平均重量分子量が500〜15,000である、[1]〜[4]のいずれか一項に記載の塗料組成物。
[6] 前記硬化性ポリマーが有機シロキサン含有ポリマーである、[1]〜[5]のいずれか一項に記載の塗料組成物。
[7] 前記硬化性ポリマーが一般構造−[SiR'R''−O]−の繰り返し単位(式中、R'およびR''は、水素、アルキル、アリール、アラルキルおよびビニル基から独立して選択される)を含む、[1]〜[6]のいずれか一項に記載の塗料組成物。
[8] R'およびR''がメチルおよびフェニルから独立して選択される、[7]に記載の塗料組成物。
[9] 水域環境における基材の汚染抑制のための、[1]〜[8]のいずれか一項に記載の塗料組成物の使用。
[10] [1]〜[8]のいずれか一項に記載の塗料組成物を基材に施用した後、前記塗料組成物を硬化させることにより得ることができる塗装基材。

- 下記の一般式:

R1は同じであっても異なってもよく、アルキル、アリールおよびアルケニル基から選択され、アミン基、式OR5(ただしR5は水素またはC1〜6アルキル)の酸素含有基、および下記式(I):
−R6−N(R7)−C(O)−R8−C(O)−XR9 (I)
に従う官能基で任意選択で置換されており

R6は、ヒドロキシ基又はカルボキシル基で置換されてよい炭素原子1〜12個のアルキレン基、および炭素原子最大10個のポリオキシアルキレンから選択され、
R7は、水素、炭素原子1〜6個のアルキル、ヒドロキシアルキル、カルボキシアルキル、および炭素原子1〜10個のポリオキシアルキレングリコールから選択され、または、R8と環を形成するメチレン基であり、
R8は、炭素原子1〜20個を有するアルキレン基であり、R 7 がR 8 と環を形成するメチレン基である場合には分岐して環を形成し、
R9は、水素、または炭素原子1〜10個を有するアルキル基であり、
Xは、O、SおよびNHから選択され、
ただし、有機シリコーンポリマー中の少なくとも1つのR1基が上記式(I)に従う官能基またはその誘導塩であることを条件とする)、
R2は、同じであっても異なってもよく、アルキル、アリールおよびアルケニルから選択され、
R3およびR4は、同じであっても異なってもよく、アルキル、アリール、ポリオキシアルキレングリコール、アルカリール、アラルキルおよびアルケニルから選択され、
aは、0から50,000までの整数であり、
bは、0から100までの整数であり、
a+bは、少なくとも25である。]
で表される液状有機シリコーンポリマー、および硬化性ポリマーを含む防汚塗料組成物。 - 1つの実施形態において、R7が水素で、R8が炭素原子1〜20個を有するアルキレン基である、請求項1に記載の塗料組成物。
- R7がR8と環を形成するメチレン基でありピロリドン型の環を形成する、請求項1に記載の塗料組成物。
- 前記有機シリコーンポリマーの平均重量分子量が500〜15,000である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の塗料組成物。
- 前記硬化性ポリマーが有機シロキサン含有ポリマーである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の塗料組成物。
- 前記硬化性ポリマーが一般構造−[SiR'R''−O]−の繰り返し単位(式中、R'およびR''は、水素、アルキル、アリール、アラルキルおよびビニル基から独立して選択される)を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の塗料組成物。
- R'およびR''がメチルおよびフェニルから独立して選択される、請求項6に記載の塗料組成物。
- 水域環境における基材の汚染抑制のための、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の塗料組成物の使用。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の塗料組成物を基材に施用した後、前記塗料組成物を硬化させることにより得ることができる塗装基材。
