Description
Claims (5)
- イットリウム・バリウム・銅酸化物(YBCO)からなる層が超伝導材料として、配向組織化された金属性下地の上に、セラミックス緩衝層(9)を介して被覆され、そして熱処理が加えられる、円形断面の超伝導体を製造する方法であって、
まず、長く延びる金属製支持体(1)の周りに、前記セラミックス緩衝層の組織構造と親和性のある金属材料からなる中間層(3)を被覆し、
前記中間層によって被覆された前記金属製支持体を引き続き処理して、前記中間層を、前記セラミックス緩衝層の金属下地となるように配向組織化し、
前記中間層を前記セラミックス緩衝層で被覆し、
YBCO材料からなる層で、前もって前記中間層を被覆した前記セラミックス緩衝層を被覆し、
熱処理を行う、方法。 - 前記中間層が機械的変形によって配向組織化される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記中間層が熱処理によって配向組織化される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記中間層が加工熱処理によって配向組織化される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記中間層が磁場を利用することにより配向組織化される、請求項1に記載の方法。
