CONSTITUTION:A mixture solution, in which mixture powder consisting of components producing ceramic superconductor through heating in oxidating atmosphere is dispersed in a medium, is coated on the periphery of a long reinforcement 4 covered with a metal not producing oxides at high temp. or an alloy therefrom. Then the mixture powder is sintered in oxidating atmosphere to produce a ceramic superconductor 5, and the sintered body is covered on its outside with a stabilizing material 6, which is covered on its outside with insulation 7.
