CONSTITUTION:At least one kind of oxide, nitrate, carbonate, and acetate or an oxide superconductor having superconductivity by the heat treatment in the oxidizing atmosphere is molded to obtain a molded body 6. A porous conductor layer 7 is covered on this molded body 6 to form a composite body, and this composite body is heat-treated in the oxidizing atmosphere. Since the porous conductor layer 7 is used, oxygen is sufficiently fed through holes during the heat treatment in the oxidizing atmosphere, thus the oxidation of mixed powder proceeds thoroughly.
