Description
工業分野及び家庭分野において、ガス又は液体等の流動媒体から固形粒子を分離する必要がしばしば生じる。このために、例えば遠心分離ドラム、例えば洗浄された洗濯物から水を分離するための洗濯機ドラムがある。他に例えば、流動媒体例えば水又はオイル或いはガス状媒体例えば排煙、空調された空気、汚染された工業用ガス又は圧縮空気から、固形流離を取り除くための、フィルタスクリーン、フィルタプレート又はフィルタドラム用の、フィルタ手段及び濾過壁がある。この場合、液状媒体又はガス状媒体から固体を分離する分離率をできるだけ大きくする必要がある。高い分離効率を得るために、液状媒体又はガス状媒体を、有利な形式で、透過性の、例えば孔開け又は穿孔又は微小網目構造の(例えばフィルタ支持体又はフィルタ手段として構成された)仕切壁によって押し付ける圧力又は加速力が必要とされる。このような圧力若しくは加速力は、媒体を加速させるために、流体と固体粒子と壁部との間の摩擦力を克服するために、及び流体を仕切壁(この仕切壁に固体粒子がフィルタケーキとして堆積する)を通って流通させるために必要とされている。流体から固体を分離する分離率が同じである場合、必要な圧力若しくは加速力の大きさは、仕切壁の孔の配置及び壁部の幾何学的な形状によって決定される。
本発明の課題は、様々な使用目的のために、固体から流体の、改善された分離を行うことができるような、高い強度を有する構造化された材料ウエブ、並びにこのような材料ウエブを製造するための方法を提供することである。
本発明を以下に図示の実施例を用いて具体的に説明する。
Claims (15)
- 3次元切子面状に構造化された材料ウエブを帯状材料から製造するための方法において、
帯状材料を供給し、
帯状材料に複数の孔を形成し、
隆起部又は折り目、及び隆起部又は折り目によって包囲された面区分に形成された構造部を有する帯状材料の3次元構造を形成する一次構造化プロセスであって、該構造部が、アーチ構造では折り目によって包囲された窪みであり、3次元波形構造では隆起部によって包囲された球面である、一次構造化プロセスを実施し、
窪み又は球面の凸状側に圧力を負荷し、窪み又は球面の凹状側を、1つの中立点に集合する複数の支持エレメントに押し付けることによって、立体的に配置された平らな又はやや湾曲された複数の切子面を備えた3次元切子面構造を前記包囲された面区分に形成する、二次構造化プロセスを実施する、
ステップを有しており、
この場合、前記包囲された面区分の、前記切子面として形成された構造部のうちのそれぞれ最も深い箇所として特徴付けられた箇所に、前記複数の孔のうちの1つを配置し、この場合、前記包囲された面区分のそれぞれ異なる箇所に、前記特徴付けられた箇所に向かって傾斜する傾斜部を設けることを特徴とする、帯状材料から3次元切子面状に構造化された材料ウエブを製造するための方法。 - 前記窪み又は球面の凸状側への前記圧力の負荷を、弾性的な加圧ロールによって行うか、又は流動性の作用媒体を用いて行う、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記切子面を錐体形状に形成する、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 前記錐体形状の錐体尖端を隆起させる、請求項3記載の方法。
- 複数の前記切子面に、それぞれ複数の孔を形成する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 3次元切子面構造部を備えて製造された前記帯状材料をドラムの形状に湾曲させ、それによって複数の切子面の前記特徴付けられた箇所に設けられた複数の孔が共通に、ドラム形状の外側の曲率半径の位置又は内側の曲率半径の位置に配置されるようにする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 3次元切子面構造部を備えて製造された前記帯状材料を、折れ曲がり箇所のない湾曲された形状に成形する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 帯状材料を、網目状材料、織物材料又は繊維材料として供給する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 帯状材料を、金属材料、合成繊維材料、天然繊維材料、炭素繊維材料及びガラス繊維材料、厚紙材料及び紙材料のグループから選択された材料として供給する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 帯状材料の表面に、付着防止コーティングを施すか、又は付着防止表面を設け、この作業を、孔付けプロセスの前又は後に、或いは3次元構造化の前又は後に実施する、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の方法に従って製造された、3次元切子面状に構造化された材料ウエブの使用法において、該材料ウエブを洗濯機ドラムの周壁として使用することを特徴とする、3次元切子面状に構造化された材料ウエブの使用法。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の方法に従って製造された、3次元切子面状に構造化された材料ウエブの使用法において、該材料ウエブを平らな又は湾曲された濾過壁として、又はフィルタ支持体として使用することを特徴とする、3次元切子面状に構造化された材料ウエブの使用法。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の方法に従って製造された、3次元切子面状に構造化された材料ウエブの使用法において、該材料ウエブを平らな又は湾曲されたフィルタ手段として使用することを特徴とする、3次元切子面状に構造化された材料ウエブの使用法。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の方法に従って製造された、3次元切子面状に構造化された材料ウエブの使用法において、該材料ウエブを分配部材のために使用することを特徴とする、3次元切子面状に構造化された材料ウエブの使用法。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の方法に従って製造された、3次元切子面状に構造化された材料ウエブの使用法において、該材料ウエブを調量装置のために使用することを特徴とする、3次元切子面状に構造化された材料ウエブの使用法。
