Description
図1は、ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(基材)上に接着されたシリコーンゲルシートを形成する工程を概略的に示したものである。シリコーンゲル材料としてCY52−276(東レ・ダウコーニング株式会社製)を94重量部と、シリコーンゴム材料としてLR6200(株式会社旭化成ワッカーシリコーン社製)を6重量部と、白金触媒0.5重量部とを混合して、配合原料を調整する。この配合原料11を、コーティング装置12に供給する。ロール13に巻き付けられて連続的に供給される予めプライマーが塗布されたポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム14(厚さ50μm)がコーティング装置11に供給され、フィルム14表面に配合原料11が塗布され全体の厚みが300μmにされる。配合原料11の塗布されたフィルム14は、150℃の乾燥炉15を5分間で通すことにより硬化する。これにより、片面はポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムと一体化し、反対面は表面強度を保持しつつ、ゲル特有のクッション性を有するシリコーンゲルシート16が得られる。さらに、シリコーンゲルシートのシリコーン材側に保護シートである保護フィルム17を貼り合わせた状態18で連続的にロール19に巻き取られる。
Claims (4)
- オルガノポリシロキサンを主成分とする付加反応硬化タイプのシリコーンゲル材料と、オルガノポリシロキサンを主成分とする付加反応硬化タイプのシリコーンゴム材料と、硬化促進作用のある触媒とを配合して配合原料とし、コンマコーター、リバースコーター、ドクターナイフコーター、エアーナイフコーター、バーコーター、ダイコーターのうちのいずれか1つのコーティング装置により該配合原料をシート状の基材上に塗布し、該基材上に塗布された該配合原料を100〜300℃で5分程度加熱して硬化させることにより、JIS K2207に規定される針入度が20〜200である薄肉のシリコーンゲルシートを形成し、該シリコーンゲルシートのシリコーン材側に保護シートを貼り合わせて連続的にロールに巻き取るようにすることを特徴とするシリコーンゲルシートの製造方法。
- 前記基材の塗布面に、予めプライマーを塗布しておくことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシリコーンゲルシートの製造方法。
- 前記基材の塗布面に、予めプラズマ処理を行っておくことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシリコーンゲルシートの製造方法。
- 前記基材を、前記シリコーンゲルシートが容易に剥離できる材質とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシリコーンゲルシートの製造方法。
