Claims (4)
- 駆動トランジスタ、画素電極、及び、配向膜が形成される駆動側基板と、
対向電極及び配向膜が形成される対向側基板と、
前記駆動側基板の画素電極と前記対向側基板の対向電極との間に封入される液晶と、
前記駆動側基板における前記駆動トランジスタと前記画素電極との間に形成される出射側の反射型無機偏光子と、
前記対向側基板に形成される入射側の反射型無機偏光子とを備え、
前記出射側の反射型無機偏光子は、透明基板上に無機導電材料で形成された細線から成り、
前記細線間に光学薄膜材料を埋め込んで形成された保護膜の表面が平坦化されている液晶表示装置。 - 前記入射側の反射型無機偏光子を前記対向側基板の前記液晶側に配置する請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 光源と、前記光源から出射された光を液晶表示装置に導く集光光学系と、前記液晶表示装置で光変調した光を拡大して投射する投射光学系とを有し、
前記液晶表示装置は、
駆動トランジスタ、画素電極、及び、配向膜が形成される駆動側基板と、
対向電極及び配向膜が形成される対向側基板と、
前記駆動側基板の画素電極と前記対向側基板の対向電極との間に封入される液晶と、
前記駆動側基板における前記駆動トランジスタと前記画素電極との間に形成される出射側の反射型無機偏光子と、
前記対向側基板に形成される入射側の反射型無機偏光子とを備え、
前記出射側の反射型無機偏光子は、透明基板上に無機導電材料で形成された細線から成り、
前記細線間に光学薄膜材料を埋め込んで形成された保護膜の表面が平坦化されている投射型表示装置。 - 光源と、前記光源から出射された光を複数の色光に分離し、各色光に対応した複数の液晶表示装置に導く集光光学系と、前記液晶表示装置で光変調した光を拡大して投射する投射光学系とを有し、
前記液晶表示装置は、
駆動トランジスタ、画素電極、及び、配向膜が形成される駆動側基板と、
対向電極及び配向膜が形成される対向側基板と、
前記駆動側基板の画素電極と前記対向側基板の対向電極との間に封入される液晶と、
前記駆動側基板における前記駆動トランジスタと前記画素電極との間に形成される出射側の反射型無機偏光子と、
前記対向側基板に形成される入射側の反射型無機偏光子とを備え、
前記出射側の反射型無機偏光子は、透明基板上に無機導電材料で形成された細線から成り、
前記細線間に光学薄膜材料を埋め込んで形成された保護膜の表面が平坦化されている投射型表示装置。
