Description
図1,2に示したフィルム状の外装部材を用いた二次電池を作製した。

負極活物質層22Bにおける球状化天然黒鉛の割合および球状化天然黒鉛の物性値を変えたことを除き、他は実施例1−1と同様にして二次電池を作製した。その際、実施例2−1では粒状人造黒鉛を93.06質量%、ポリフッ化ビニリデンを6質量%、球状化天然黒鉛を0.94質量%とし、実施例2−2では粒状人造黒鉛を47質量%、ポリフッ化ビニリデンを6質量%、球状化天然黒鉛を47質量%とし、実施例2−3,2−4では粒状人造黒鉛を0質量%、ポリフッ化ビニリデンを6質量%、球状化天然黒鉛を94質量%とした。
吸収材を負極活物質層22Bに代えて、正極活物質層21Bに添加したことを除き、他は実施例1−1,1−2と同様にして二次電池を作製した。その際、実施例3−1,3−2では、正極活物質層21Bを形成する際に導電材として球状化天然黒鉛または球状化高結晶人造黒鉛を5質量%添加し、負極活物質層22Bを形成する際には吸収材を添加せず、粒状人造黒鉛の割合を94質量%とした。また、実施例3−3〜3−6では、正極活物質層21Bを形成する際に導電材として球状化天然黒鉛を用い、その正極活物質層21Bにおける含有量を0.1質量%〜12質量%の範囲内で変化させ、負極活物質層22Bを形成する際には吸収材を添加せず、粒状人造黒鉛の割合を94質量%とした。実施例3−1〜3−6で用いた球状化天然黒鉛および球状化高結晶人造黒鉛は、実施例1−1,1−2で用いたものと同一である。
負極活物質として人造黒鉛に代えてケイ素粉末を用いたことを除き、他は実施例1−2と同様にして二次電池を作製した。吸収材として用いた球状化高結晶人造黒鉛は実施例1−2と同一のものである。また、実施例4−1に対する比較例4−1として、吸収材に代えて導電材として人造黒鉛を5質量%添加したことを除き、他は実施例4−1と同様にして二次電池を作製した。
Claims (5)
- フィルム状の外装部材の内部に、正極および負極と共に非水溶媒を含む電解質を備え、
前記正極および負極のうちの少なくとも一方は、吸収材として、X線回折法により求められる六方晶の(002)面の平均面間隔d002が0.3354nm以上かつ0.3370nm以下であり、かつ、X線回折法により菱面体晶の(101)面に帰属するピークが得られる球状化された黒鉛材料を含有する電極である、電池。 - 前記黒鉛材料を含有する電極について、X線回折法により得られる前記黒鉛材料を含む黒鉛の菱面体晶の(101)面に帰属するピーク強度は、当該黒鉛の六方晶の(101)面に帰属するピーク強度の1%以上60%以下である、請求項1記載の電池。
- 前記外装部材は、アルミラミネートフィルムよりなる、請求項1記載の電池。
- 前記負極は、前記黒鉛材料と共に、負極活物質として炭素材料を含む、請求項1記載の電池。
- 前記負極は負極集電体に設けられた負極活物質層を有し、前記負極活物質層は前記黒鉛材料を含み、
前記負極活物質層における前記黒鉛材料の含有量は2質量%以上50質量%以下である、請求項1記載の電池。
