Claims (19)
- バッテリ管理のためのコンピュータによって実行される方法であって、
リモートデバイスマネージャ(302)により少なくとも1つのバッテリから、バッテリから取得されたデバイス測定データ(308)を受信するステップと、ここに、リモートデバイスマネージャ(302)は、ネットワーク(344)を介して少なくとも1つのバッテリの属性または動作を制御するように少なくとも1つのバッテリに結合され、デバイス測定データ(308)は、少なくとも1つのバッテリに関する1つまたは複数の経時変化属性を記述する履歴データ(414)を含み、
少なくとも1つのバッテリに関連し、或る期間に渡って集められた少なくとも1つのバッテリの性能データを含む、リモートデバイスマネージャ(302)のメモリに記憶された1つまたは複数のデバイス使用率プロファイル(420)を、デバイス測定データに含まれるデータに基づいてリモートデバイスマネージャ(302)により更新するステップと、
1または複数のバッテリの使用に関する情報を含む1つまたは複数のデバイス使用率プロファイル(420)の分析の結果、少なくとも1つのバッテリの使用率が部分最適であることが示された場合に、リモートデバイスマネージャ(302)により、
制御がイネーブルされていれば、少なくとも1つのバッテリの属性または動作の少なくとも1つを制御するステップ、
管理推奨通知がイネーブルされていれば、前記少なくとも1つバッテリのユーザに対して1つまたは複数のデバイス管理推奨通知を発行するステップ、および
ユーザアラートがイネーブルされていれば、ユーザに対して1つまたは複数のユーザアラートを発行するステップ
のうちの1つまたは複数を実施するステップと、
1つまたは複数の管理推奨通知が受信されたときに、少なくとも1つバッテリの少なくとも1つの属性または動作をリモートデバイスマネージャ(302)により制御するステップと
を含み、
1つまたは複数の管理推奨通知は、資産ローテーション推奨通知、資産追加推奨通知、および資産減少推奨通知のうちの1つまたは複数を含み、
資産ローテーション推奨通知は、バッテリの資産寿命を最大化するローテーションスケジュールに関する推奨通知であり、
資産追加推奨通知は、バッテリの追加に関する通知であり、
資産減少推奨通知は、バッテリの減少に関する通知である、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 1つまたは複数のユーザアラートが受信されたときに、少なくとも1つのバッテリの少なくとも1つの属性または動作をリモートデバイスマネージャ(302)により制御するステップをさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- デバイス測定データ(308)は、
少なくとも1つのバッテリに関する1つまたは複数の非経時変化属性を記述する、バッテリを識別するための識別データ(412)、および
少なくとも1つのバッテリに関する1つまたは複数の経時変化属性の単一のサンプルを記述する実時間記述データと、実時間性能データとを含む実時間データ(416)
のうちの1つまたは複数を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記制御するステップは、少なくとも1つのバッテリに対する1つまたは複数のメインテナンス処理を実施する1つまたは複数のコマンドをリモートデバイスマネージャ(302)により発行するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。

- 前記制御するステップは、少なくとも1つのバッテリに関する1つまたは複数のパラメータを調整する1つまたは複数のコマンドをリモートデバイスマネージャ(302)により記憶するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記制御するステップは、少なくとも1つのバッテリに関する1つまたは複数の充電率をリモートデバイスマネージャ(302)により調整するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記制御するステップは、少なくとも1つのバッテリに関する充電率が最適化されるようにバッテリ監視識別(BMID)デバイスをリモートデバイスマネージャ(302)により調整するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記制御するステップは、少なくとも1つのバッテリに、バッテリに対して1または複数のコマンドを発行して属性および動作を制御するための自動制御装置を備えるリモートデバイスマネージャ(302)により給水するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記制御するステップは、スケジュール外のバッテリ均等化処理をリモートデバイスマネージャ(302)により実施するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記制御するステップは、前記少なくとも1つのバッテリに関する1つまたは複数の性能レベルをリモートデバイスマネージャ(302)により調整するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 電話呼出、ページャー、電子メールメッセージ、表示画面上のメッセージ、およびアラームのうちの1つまたは複数を介して、リモートデバイスマネージャ(302)により管理推奨通知をユーザに配信するステップをさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。
