Claims (1)
- 第一軸方向面を備えた第一クラッチ半体(10)と、該第一クラッチ半体(10)の前記第一軸方向面と向き合うように配置された第二軸方向面を備えた第二クラッチ半体(11)とを備え、
これらのクラッチ半体(10,11)の第一及び第二軸方向面の両方に、クラッチ半体(10,11)間でトルクを伝達するための軸方向に伸びる歯(16,17)が設けられ、
前記第一及び第二クラッチ半体(10,11)の何れか一方が、係合位置と解放位置との間で軸方向に移動可能であり、
スプリング手段(13)が、前記可動クラッチ半体に係合位置へ向けてバイアス力を付与するように配置されている
動力ナットランナー用トルク応答解放クラッチにおいて、
第一クラッチ半体(10)の歯(16)の各々が、第一軸方向面に位置する基部(19)から、第一軸方向面から軸方向に離れた頂部(20)まで軸方向に伸び、前記基部(19)が、第一軸方向面において内径(d1)と外径(d2)との間で径方向の広がりを有し、前記頂部(20)が外径(d2)側に位置し、
前記第一クラッチ半体(10)の歯(16)の各々が、基部(19)の前記内径(d1)に位置する部分から、前記外径(d2)に位置する頂部(20)まで、頂部(20)に向かうに従い高くなるように伸びる隆起部(25)を備え、
前記第二クラッチ半体(11)の歯(17)の各々が、可動クラッチ半体が係合位置から解放位置に向けて移動する時に、前記第一クラッチ半体(10)の対応する歯(16)の前記隆起部(25)に係合し、かつ、それに沿って移動するように配置され、それにより、クラッチ開放シーケンスの間、前記第一クラッチ半体(10)の各歯(16)と前記第二クラッチ半体(11)の各歯(17)との間の係合点が、前記内径(d1)から前記外径(d2)へ移動するようにした
ことを特徴とする動力ナットランナー用トルク応答解放クラッチ。
