Claims (3)
- 第一クラッチ半体(10)と、第二クラッチ半体(11)とを備え、
これらのクラッチ半体(10,11)の両方に、クラッチ半体(10,11)間でトルクを伝達するための軸方向に伸びる歯(16,17)が設けられ、
前記第一及び第二クラッチ半体(10,11)の何れか一方が、係合位置と解放位置との間で軸方向に移動可能であり、
スプリング手段(13)が、前記可動クラッチ半体に係合位置へ向けてバイアス力を付与するように配置されている
動力ナットランナー用トルク応答解放クラッチにおいて、
第一クラッチ半体(10)の歯(16)の各々が、実質的に、角柱形であり、かつ、基部(19)から頂部(20)まで伸び、前記基部(19)が、内径(d1)と外径(d2)との間で径方向の広がりを有し、
前記第一クラッチ半体(10)の歯(16)の各々が、前記内径(d1)に位置する基部(19)から、前記外径(d2)に位置する頂部(20)まで伸びる隆起部(25)を備え、
前記第二クラッチ半体(11)の歯(17)の各々が、可動クラッチ半体が係合位置から解放位置に向けて移動する時に、前記第一クラッチ半体(10)の対応する歯(16)の前記隆起部(25)に係合し、かつ、それに沿って移動するように配置され、それにより、クラッチ開放シーケンスの間、前記第一クラッチ半体(10)の各歯(16)と前記第二クラッチ半体(11)の各歯(17)との間の係合点が、前記内径(d1)から前記外径(d2)へ移動するようにした
ことを特徴とする動力ナットランナー用トルク応答解放クラッチ。 - 前記角柱形が、
クラッチ回転方向に対する接線方向の面において実質的に伸び、かつ、前記基部(19)に位置する前記内径(d1)から、前記頂部(20)に位置する外径(d2)まで外側に向けて傾斜している第一表面(22)と、
前記基部(19)から前記頂部(20)まで、クラッチ回転方向に対して実質的に径方向の面において伸び、かつ、クラッチの回転方向に対して前方に傾斜している第二表面(23)と
を有し、
前記第一及び第二表面(22,23)が、それらの間に、前記隆起部(25)を形成する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクラッチ。 - 前記第二表面(23)が、クラッチの径方向から少なくとも2°ずれが面において伸びている
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のクラッチ。
