Claims (7)
- 工作物を保持する第1のホルダーと、
前記工作物から材料を削り取るための工具を保持する第2のホルダーと、
前記第1のホルダー及び前記第2のホルダーは、それぞれ第1のチャック及びスピンドルを含み、
前記第1のホルダー及び前記第2のホルダーとは独立に支持され、タレット軸を中心に回転するように支持されており、複数のタレット連結部を有するタレット(108)と、
前記タレットの選択された1つのタレット連結部に回転可能に連結され、ノズルの前記タレット軸とは異なる軸であるノズル軸を中心に回転するように構成される少なくとも1つのロータリホルダー(206)と、
前記ノズル軸に対して折り曲げた形状又は曲線状の形状を有し、前記ロータリホルダーに連結され、加圧冷却液源に連結され、さらに、冷却液を吐出し、前記ノズル軸から外よりに離れた位置に設けられる吐出口を有する先端部を含む冷却液ノズル(200)と、
前記ロータリホルダーに連結され、該ロータリホルダーを前記ノズル軸を中心に前記タレットに対して回転させるモータと、
前記第1のホルダー、前記第2のホルダー、前記モータ及び前記タレットに連結されて動作するコンピュータ制御システムであって実行時に前記第1のホルダーと第2のホルダーとを相対的に移動させ、前記タレットを前記タレット軸を中心に冷却液動作位置まで回転するようにするとともに、前記ロータリホルダーを、前記ノズル軸を中心に回転させるために前記モータを駆動し、前記冷却液ノズルの吐出口が所定位置に位置するように割り出され、前記冷却液ノズルを通じて冷却液を選択的に導くことができるようにする実行可能なコードが記録されたコンピュータ読み取り可能な媒体を含むコンピュータ制御システムと
を備えたことを特徴とする冷却ノズルを備えた工作機械。 - 前記ロータリホルダーに連結され、該ロータリホルダーを前記ノズル軸を中心に前記タレットに対して回転させるモータが前記タレットの外部に備えられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷却ノズルを備えた工作機械。
- 前記ロータリホルダーに連結され、該ロータリホルダーを前記ノズル軸を中心に前記タレットに対して回転させるモータが前記タレットの内部に備えられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷却ノズルを備えた工作機械。
- 前記ノズルが前記タレットの回転軸に対して傾斜した角度をなして配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷却ノズルを備えた工作機械。
- 前記コードが前記工作物及び前記工具の一方に対して一定の接触角を保持するように前記第1のホルダー及び前記第2のホルダーの相対的位置を調整しまた前記冷却液ノズルの位置を調整するものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷却ノズルを備えた工作機械。
- 前記コードが界面への冷却液の一定の時間を保持するように前記第1のホルダー及び前記第2のホルダーの相対的位置を調整しまた前記冷却液ノズルの位置を調整するものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷却ノズルを備えた工作機械。
- 前記第2のホルダーに保持される工具が、研削砥石を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷却ノズルを備えた工作機械。
