Claims (6)
- 走査線とデータ線との交差部に位置する画素を備える画素部と、
前記走査線に走査信号を供給する走査駆動回路と、
前記データ線に点灯検査信号を供給する点灯検査回路と、
を備え、
前記点灯検査回路は、
ソース電極が前記点灯検査信号の入力される入力ラインに共通に接続され、
ドレイン電極が前記データ線に接続され、
ゲート電極が検査制御信号の入力ラインに共通に接続される、複数のトランジスタ
を備え、
前記トランジスタのゲート電極とソース電極とが、半導体物質で実現される前記トランジスタのチャネル層と一体となって形成された抵抗素子を介して接続されることを特徴とする、有機電界発光表示装置。 - 前記抵抗素子は、高抵抗のポリシリコン半導体で実現されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 前記抵抗素子は、100kΩ〜1MΩの抵抗値を有するように設計されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 前記抵抗素子は、前記トランジスタのチャネル層に含まれていない不純物をさらに含むか、または前記トランジスタのチャネル層にドープされた不純物とは異なる濃度でドープされた同じ不純物を含むポリシリコン半導体で実現されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 前記点灯検査回路と前記データ線との間に接続され、点灯検査期間において、前記点灯検査回路から供給される前記点灯検査信号を前記データ線に分配して出力するデータ分配回路をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 前記点灯検査回路と重なるチップの形態で実装され、データ駆動回路を内蔵した駆動ICをさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
