Claims (3)
- 少なくとも、酸素を含む雰囲気中でリング(14)を酸化させるプロセスステップ(VIII−O)と、アンモニアを含む雰囲気中でリング(14)を窒化させる後続のプロセスステップ(VIII−N)とを含む、駆動ベルト(1)において使用するための0.150mm〜0.250mmの厚さを有する金属リング(14)のための製造方法における熱処理プロセスにおいて、前記リング(14)を酸化させるプロセスステップ(VIII−O)が、30〜60分の継続時間を有しており、酸素を含む雰囲気が、440〜480℃の温度に維持され、前記リング(14)を酸化させるこのようなプロセスステップ(VIII−O)の後でかつ前記窒化させる後続のプロセスステップ(VIII−N)の前に、前記リング(14)は、400HV1.0〜500HV1.0の硬さ値を有することを特徴とする、熱処理プロセス。
- リング(14)が、マルエージング鋼合金から形成されており、リング(14)を酸化させるプロセスステップ(VIII−O)の前に、リング(14)を430〜500℃の温度で30分以下だけ時効させるプロセスステップ(VIII−A)が行われる、請求項1記載の熱処理プロセス。
- リング(14)が、17〜19質量%のニッケルと、4〜6質量%のモリブデンと、8〜18質量%のコバルトと、1質量%未満のチタンと、バランス鉄とを含むマルエージング鋼合金から形成されており、金属リング製造方法における熱処理プロセスが、前記酸化及び窒化プロセスステップ(VIII−O;VIII−N)のみから成る、請求項1記載の熱処理プロセス。
