Description
Claims (7)
- コイルの周囲にヨーク部材を組み付けて固定側磁路を備えた固定子を構成すると共に、該コイルの中心孔に可動子を配設して該コイルへの通電によって生じる磁界の作用で該可動子が該コイルの軸方向に駆動されるようにした電磁式アクチュエータにおいて、
前記固定子側に固定される環状支持部材と前記可動子側に固定される加振部材を軸直角方向で離隔して対向配置すると共に、該環状支持部材と該加振部材の軸直角方向での対向面間に円環板状の支持ゴム弾性体を配設して、該加振部材を該環状支持部材に対して該支持ゴム弾性体で弾性連結する一方、該支持ゴム弾性体の軸方向一方の面に内周凹状部と外周凸状部を形成すると共に、該支持ゴム弾性体の軸方向他方の面に内周凸状部と外周凹状部を形成して、該加振部材と該環状支持部材との軸直角方向の対向面間で山部と谷部を繋いだ波状に湾曲して延びる弾性中心軸を該支持ゴム弾性体に設定したことを特徴とする電磁式アクチュエータ。 - 前記コイルへの通電によって生じる磁界の作用で前記可動子に及ぼされる駆動力と、該可動子の変位に伴って変形せしめられる前記支持ゴム弾性体の弾性復元力との相互作用に基づいて、該可動子が往復加振変位される請求項1に記載の電磁式アクチュエータ。
- 前記支持ゴム弾性体の前記弾性中心軸に少なくとも一つの変曲点が設定されている請求項1又は2に記載の電磁式アクチュエータ。
- 前記支持ゴム弾性体の前記弾性中心軸に対して前記変曲点が一つ設けられており、該弾性中心軸が、該変曲点を挟んで両側に位置する山部と谷部を繋いだ波状に湾曲している請求項3に記載の電磁式アクチュエータ。
- 前記支持ゴム弾性体の内周端部が固着された前記加振部材側の内周固着面と、該支持ゴム弾性体の外周端部が固着された前記環状支持部材側の外周固着面とが、前記コイルの軸方向で相対偏倚されていると共に、
該支持ゴム弾性体の内周部分では、該内周固着面に対して該外周固着面が相対偏倚された軸方向側と反対側の面の内周側隅部における軸方向線に対する傾斜角度の最小値が90度以下とされており、且つ、
該支持ゴム弾性体の外周部分では、該外周固着面に対して該内周固着面が相対偏倚された軸方向側と反対側の面の外周側隅部における軸方向線に対する傾斜角度の最小値が90度以下とされている請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の電磁式アクチュエータ。 - 前記支持ゴム弾性体の前記弾性中心軸における前記環状支持部材上の位置と前記加振部材上の位置とを直線でつないだ基準線に対して、該弾性中心軸が長さ方向中間部分において少なくとも一箇所で交差している請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の電磁式アクチュエータ。
- 第一の取付部材を筒状とされた第二の取付部材の軸方向一方の開口部側に離隔配置して、それら第一の取付部材と第二の取付部材を本体ゴム弾性体によって連結すると共に、壁部の一部を該本体ゴム弾性体で構成された受圧室と、壁部の一部を可撓性膜で構成された平衡室を形成して、それら受圧室と平衡室に非圧縮性流体を封入すると共に、それら受圧室と平衡室を相互に連通するオリフィス通路を形成した流体封入式能動型防振装置において、
請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載された電磁式アクチュエータを配して、前記受圧室の壁部の他の一部を前記加振部材で構成すると共に、前記環状支持部材を前記第二の取付部材に固定して、それら加振部材と環状支持部材を前記支持ゴム弾性体で連結したことを特徴とする流体封入式能動型防振装置。
