Abstract
【解決手段】 コイルへ39の通電により可動コア53を往復振動させることで液室の内圧を制御する能動型防振支持装置のアクチュエータ31のヨーク35が、その径方向外側に配置されるコイル39の内周面に対向する円筒部35aと、コイル39の端面に対向するフランジ部35bとが交差する部分の側面に、アクチュエータ31の軸線Lに対して径方向外側が上向きに傾斜する内側傾斜面35cを備えるので、コイル39への通電により発生した磁束のベクトルをヨーク35のフランジ部35bから内側傾斜面35cを介して可動コア53を指向させ、ヨーク35から可動コア53への磁束の流れをスムーズにして磁気回路の効率を高め、アクチュエータ31の作動応答性を向上させることができる。

Claims (5)
- 円筒状に巻回したコイル(39)への通電により可動コア(53)を軸線(L)上で往復振動させるアクチュエータ(31)と、前記アクチュエータ(31)の軸線(L)上に配置され、外部から入力される荷重により容積が変化するとともに可動コア(53)に接続されて内圧が制御される液室(24,25)とを備えた能動型防振支持装置において、 前記アクチュエータ(31)は、前記コイル(39)の内周面に対向する円筒部(35a)と、前記コイル(39)の前記液室(24,25)側の端面に対向するフランジ部(35b)とよりなるヨーク(35)を備え、前記円筒部(35a)および前記フランジ部(35b)が交差する部分の内側に、前記軸線(L)に対して径方向外側が前記液室(24,25)に接近するように傾斜する内側傾斜面(35c)を形成したことを特徴とする能動型防振支持装置。
- 前記円筒部(35a)および前記フランジ部(35b)が交差する部分の外側に、前記軸線(L)に対して径方向外側が前記液室(24,25)に接近するように傾斜する外側傾斜面(35d)を形成したことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の能動型防振支持装置。
- 前記コイル(39)の前記液室(24,25)側の端面を、前記軸線(L)に対して径方向外側が前記液室(24,25)に接近するように傾斜させたことを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の能動型防振支持装置。
- 前記コイル(39)が巻回されるボビン(38)を備え、前記コイル(39)の傾斜した端面に接触する前記ボビン(38)の内面に前記軸線(L)に対して周方向に延びる段部(38d)を形成したことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の能動型防振支持装置。
- 前記コイル(39)はボビンレスコイルであり、前記コイル(39)の傾斜した端面に接触するプレート(72)の内面に前記軸線(L)に対して周方向に延びる段部(72c)を形成したことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の能動型防振支持装置。
