Claims (5)
- 電磁気による加振力が相互間に及ぼされる固定子と可動子がアウタハウジング部材とインナ軸部材に固定的に組み付けられていると共に、該アウタハウジング部材と該インナ軸部材が軸方向両側で板ばねにより弾性的に連結された電磁式アクチュエータにおいて、
アウタ筒部材における軸方向両側に蓋部材が外周縁部で固定されて前記アウタハウジング部材が構成されていると共に、前記インナ軸部材の軸方向両側がそれぞれ前記板ばねの中央部分へ取り付けられており、各該板ばねの外周縁部が該アウタ筒部材の軸方向両側において各該蓋部材との間に挟まれて固定されている一方、各該蓋部材の内面には、該アウタ筒部材への固定部をシールするシールゴムと、該インナ軸部材の軸方向両端部の各該蓋部材への打ち当たりを緩衝するストッパゴムとが、一体的に形成されていることを特徴とする電磁式アクチュエータ。 - 前記アウタ筒部材の軸方向の少なくとも一方の側には、環状の押え部材が配設されて、該押え部材の外周縁部が前記板ばねと共に該アウタ筒部材へかしめ固定されており、該押え部材が該板ばねよりも軸方向内方に突出して前記固定子の軸方向端部が該押え部材を介して前記アウタハウジング部材により固定的に支持されている請求項1に記載の電磁式アクチュエータ。
- 前記蓋部材の内面を全体に亘って覆う被覆ゴム層が形成されており、該被覆ゴムの中央部分と外周部分に前記ストッパゴムと前記シールゴムが一体的に形成されている請求項1又は2に記載の電磁式アクチュエータ。
- 前記アウタ筒部材の軸方向開口部と前記蓋部材の外周部分との何れか一方に一体形成されて他方へかしめ固定された筒状のかしめ固定片を有しており、該筒状のかしめ固定片の内周面によって前記板ばねの外周端が軸直角方向に位置決めされている請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の電磁式アクチュエータ。
- 請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の電磁式アクチュエータにおいて、前記固定子がコイル部材を含んで構成されて前記アウタハウジング部材に組み付けられていると共に、永久磁石を含んで構成された前記可動子が前記インナ軸部材に組み付けられており、該アウタ筒部材には制振対象部材へ取り付けられる装着部が設けられていることを特徴とする能動型制振装置。
