Claims (9)
- 炭化水素を部分酸化させて水素を製造する際に用いられる反応膜であって、
孔を形成された金属シートと、
前記金属シートに保持された多孔質担体であって、少なくとも前記孔内に配置された多孔質担体と、
部分酸化反応を促進させるための触媒であって、前記多孔質担体に保持された粒子状の触媒と、を備え、
前記金属シートの一方の面から他方の面に向け、前記金属シートのシート面に沿った孔の断面積はしだいに小さくなっていく
ことを特徴とする反応膜。 - 前記金属シートの開孔率は40%以上であり、
前記金属シートの孔の平均孔径は60μm以下である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の反応膜。 - 前記多孔質担体は互いに接合された複数の担体粒子を含み、
前記粒子状の触媒は前記担体粒子に担持されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の反応膜。 - 前記多孔質担体は、前記金属シートの少なくとも一つの面上にも配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の反応膜。 - 前記多孔質担体は、酸素分子をイオン化させる又は酸素分子を原子状にする触媒を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の反応膜。
- 前記多孔質担体は、CeO2−ZrO2の粒子を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の反応膜。 - 前記粒子状の触媒は、ロジウムの粒子を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の反応膜。 - 請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載された反応膜を備える
ことを特徴とする水素製造装置。 - 請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載された反応膜を備える
ことを特徴とする燃料電池。
