Claims (9)
- 孔を形成された金属シートと、
前記金属シートに保持された多孔質担体であって、少なくとも前記孔内に配置された多孔質担体と、
水素吸着分離能を有する触媒であって、前記多孔質担体に担持された粒子状の触媒と、を備える
ことを特徴とする水素透過膜。 - 前記金属シートの一方の面から他方の面に向け、前記金属シートのシート面に沿った孔の断面積はしだいに小さくなっていく
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水素透過膜。 - 前記金属シートの開孔率は40%以上であり、
前記金属シートの孔の平均孔径は60μm以下である
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の水素透過膜。 - 前記多孔質担体は互いに接合された複数の担体粒子を含み、
前記粒子状触媒は前記担体粒子に担持されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の水素透過膜。 - 前記担体粒子はアルミナ、シリカ、ゼオライトおよび活性炭のうちの少なくとも一つからなる
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の水素透過膜。 - 前記多孔質担体は、水素の透過経路において上流側となる前記金属シートの面上にも配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の水素透過膜。 - 前記水素吸着分離能を有する粒子状触媒は、パラジュウムまたはパラジュウム合金からなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の水素透過膜。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載された水素透過膜を備える
ことを特徴とする燃料電池セル。 - 請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載された水素透過膜を備える
ことを特徴とする水素改質器。
