Claims (1)
- セラミックスからなる真空絶縁容器と、
前記真空絶縁容器の両端開口部にそれぞれ封着された封着金具と、
前記真空絶縁容器内に収納された接離自在の一対の接点と、
前記真空絶縁容器の内面に設けられた前記セラミックスよりも抵抗率の小さい抵抗層とを備え、
前記抵抗層は、真空バルブを構成するアークシールド端と対向し、電界強度が上昇する部分の膜厚が厚いとともに、炭化水素あるいは炭素の同素体からなる非晶質で構成したことを特徴とする真空バルブ。
