Description
図1及び2は、加速度計でCPRの速度及び深度を、酸素濃度計プローブでSpO2(動脈血酸素飽和度)及び脈拍数を測定可能な本発明のAED(自動体外式除細動器)の実施形態を示す(図1参照)。CPRにより適切な心拍数及び酸素供給が実現されているか否かを評価するソフトウェア・モジュールへの入力としてこれらの測定が行われる(図2参照)。SpO2センサは様々な位置に、例えば、末梢循環に対する測定を行うために指に、及び/又は、脳循環を反映するために額に配置することができる。
3.酸素濃度計から脈拍数が得られない場合、ユーザは脈拍数が検出されるまでより強く圧迫することを喚起される。
5.圧迫深度の増加が、安全最大値に達し、且つ(項目3における)所望のSpO2レベルに達していない場合、メトロノーム速度は飽和度を増加させるために安全最大値まで増加し得る。
Claims (22)
- 患者にCPRを施す際に救助者を補助する装置であって、
患者の脈拍数を測定する脈拍センサ及び血中酸素を測定するSpO2センサのうちの少なくとも一つと、
前記センサの出力を処理し、胸部圧迫の実施を改善するために前記救助者が行うべき一つ以上の行動を判断する電子機器と、
前記一つ以上の行動を前記救助者に伝達する喚起装置とを備え、
胸部圧迫の改善のため前記救助者に伝達される行動として、下記の(1)、(2)のうちの少なくとも1つを含む装置。
(1)前記救助者が胸部圧迫を実施するときの速度を変化させること。
(2)前記胸部に加えられる圧力を変化させること。 - 体外式除細動器を更に備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 脈拍センサではなく、SpO2センサを備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- SpO2センサではなく、脈拍センサを備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 胸部圧迫センサを更に備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記胸部圧迫センサが加速度計である、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記電子機器には圧迫速度の情報が供給される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記圧迫速度が、胸部圧迫センサにより検知或いは導出される、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記喚起装置が、好ましい圧迫速度を前記救助者に伝達する装置を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 好ましい圧迫速度を前記救助者に伝達する前記装置がメトロノームを備える、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記喚起装置が、スピーカと、音声指示を伝達する関連電子機器とを備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記電子機器が、コンピュータ・ソフトウェアを実行するデジタル・コンピュータを備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記電子機器は、圧迫速度を好ましいCPR速度と比較する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記電子機器は、測定された血中酸素濃度を好ましい濃度と比較する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記救助者が胸部を適切に解放していないことを前記センサが示している場合、前記電子機器が、CPR実施中に胸部を解放することを前記救助者に指示する喚起を行う、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 脈拍数が測定されていないことを前記脈拍センサが示している場合、前記電子機器はより強く圧迫することをユーザに喚起する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記センサが、脈拍は検出されているが、SpO2が規定レベル以下であることを示している場合、前記電子機器は、より強く圧迫することを喚起する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記センサが、脈拍が検出され、胸部圧迫が規定レベルにあり、SpO2がいまだ規定レベル以下であることを示している場合、前記電子機器は、圧迫速度を増加させることを喚起する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記電子機器が、センサからの測定値に基づき、圧迫速度と圧迫圧力とを同時に増加させることを喚起する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記電子機器が、胸部圧迫を中断して1回以上の人工呼吸を施すことをユーザに喚起する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- センサが、血液の循環があり、SpO2レベル低下の原因は代謝の増加であることを示した時に、1回以上の人工呼吸を施すことの喚起が発せられる、請求項20に記載の装置。
- 血中酸素濃度が高い状態に維持されて換気が必要でない時に循環が中断されないように、前記電子機器は、所定閾値以上のSpO2レベルに基づいて、人工呼吸を中断することなく、CPRを継続することを喚起する、請求項1に記載の装置。
