抵抗が小さく、インダクタンスが大きいコイルが多くの用途に対して望ましい。大きいインダクタンスは大きい磁場強度(Φ)と同義であることから大きいインダクタンスが望ましい。より大きいインダクタンスを得るには、より多くの巻線が必要である。抵抗をより小さくするには、その線の断面積がより広くなければならない。これによってインダクタンスに関してコイルがより大きくなる。巻型はできるだけ大きくするべきであり(CPRセンサにおいて使用するには20×13mmが実際的な寸法である)、そして巻線数および線の寸法の選択はその巻型のサイズに基づいて行われる必要がある。このことはそのコイルが設計によって設定されている制限に見合ってできるだけ最適であることを意味する。図15に示されている駆動回路によって、線のゲージおよび巻線数に関してより柔軟に選択することができる。
Claims (22)
- 心肺蘇生の実行中にパラメータを監視するためのシステムであって、圧迫測定手段を備え、
前記システムは、
換気測定手段と、
前記圧迫測定手段および前記換気測定手段に接続されている処理手段であって、前記圧迫および換気測定手段からの値をそれぞれの基準範囲と比較し、少なくとも1つの測定値がそれぞれの基準範囲から外れていた場合、その偏位の表示を提供することができる処理手段とを備え、
2つ以上の測定値が前記それぞれの基準範囲から外れていた場合、前記処理手段は予め定められた優先順位に従って前記2つ以上の測定値に関する表示を提供することを特徴とするシステム。 - 音声、視覚および/または触覚出力の形式で偏位の表示を提供するフィードバック・ユニットを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記フィードバック・ユニットが、中央の孔の周りに巻かれているコイルと、前記コイルの前記中央の孔内で動くことができるように配置されている磁気コアとを備え、前記コイルが前記磁気コアの運動を誘起するためにオンおよびオフに切り換えられる電源に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記換気測定手段が、換気率、1回換気量および/または膨張時間を測定することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記圧迫測定手段が、圧迫率および/または圧迫深さを測定することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記圧迫測定手段および/または前記換気測定手段および前記処理手段がハウジングに内蔵されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記圧迫測定手段、前記フィードバック・ユニットおよび前記処理手段がハウジングに内蔵されていることを特徴とする、請求項2〜6のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記処理手段は、複数の被測定量の間に優先順位を付与するための優先順位リストを格納し、前記優先順位リスト及び前記基準範囲から外れた測定値それぞれに対応する被測定量に従って、前記基準範囲から外れた測定値に関する表示を提供することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 救命状況においてまたは訓練状況において、心肺蘇生の実行中にパラメータを監視して測定された、圧迫及び換気の測定値を処理装置が表示する方法であって、
前記方法は、
前記圧迫および換気の測定値をそれぞれの基準範囲と前記処理装置にて比較し、少なくとも1つの測定値が前記それぞれの基準範囲から外れている場合、その偏位の表示を前記処理装置が提供し、2つ以上の測定値が前記それぞれの基準範囲から外れている場合には、優先付けされた順位において一連の表示を前記処理装置が提供するステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記偏位の表示が、音声、視覚および/または触覚出力の形式でフィードバック・ユニットから与えられる、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記換気の測定値は気道アダプタ内で取得されたものであることを特徴とする、請求項9〜10のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 圧迫の測定値は、圧迫率および/または圧迫深さの測定を含むことを特徴とする、請求項9〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記圧迫の測定値は患者/マネキンの胸に接触している圧迫ユニットによって取得されたものであることを特徴とする、請求項9〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記圧迫を測定するための手段および/または前記換気を測定するための手段および前記処理装置が、ハウジングに内蔵されていることを特徴とする、請求項9〜13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記圧迫を測定するための手段、前記フィードバック・ユニットおよび前記処理装置がハウジングに内蔵されていることを特徴とする、請求項10〜14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記表示を優先順位付けするステップが、前記偏位している測定値に対応する前記それぞれの被測定量を優先順位リストと前記処理装置にて比較することによって実行されることを特徴とする、請求項9〜15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 心肺蘇生の実行中に患者の胸の上に設置するための装置であって、少なくとも圧迫深さを測定する圧迫測定手段を備え、
前記装置は、
前記圧迫測定手段に接続されている処理手段であって、前記圧迫測定手段からの値を基準範囲と比較し、前記測定値が前記基準範囲内に入っている場合に、表示信号を提供することができる処理手段と、
前記処理手段からの表示信号に関連し、圧迫を行なう者に対して前記測定値が前記基準範囲内にあるか否かを通知するための触覚出力を提供するための前記処理手段に接続されているフィードバック・ユニットとをさらに備えることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記フィードバック・ユニットが、中央の孔の周りに巻かれたコイルと、前記コイルの中央の孔内で動くことができるように配置されている磁気コアとを備え、前記コイルが前記磁気コアの運動を誘起するためにオンおよびオフに切り換えられる電源に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の装置。
- 前記フィードバック・ユニットが前記装置の中央から外れて配置されることを特徴とする、請求項17または18に記載の装置。
- カバーを備え、前記カバー内で前記フィードバック・ユニットの直上に凹部が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項17〜19のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記圧迫測定手段が圧迫率を測定することを特徴とする、請求項17〜20のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 換気測定手段および/または他のフィードバック・ユニットなどの他の装置に接続するための接続手段を備えることを特徴とする、請求項17〜21のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
