Claims (10)
- 複数のバッテリーセルのセル電圧及びセル電流を測定するセンシング部と、
前記複数のバッテリーセルのセル電圧及びセル電流を利用して前記複数のバッテリーセルのSOC(State of charge)を測定して前記複数のバッテリーセルの充放電を制御するようにバッテリーセル制御信号を伝送するMCU(Main control unit)と、
前記バッテリーセル制御信号に応じてバッテリーセルのセルバランシングを実行するセルバランシング部と、
を含み、
前記MCUは、
前記複数のバッテリーセルそれぞれのセルバランシング放電容量を測定するセルバランシング放電容量測定部と、
前記複数のバッテリーセルそれぞれのセルバランシング放電容量のうち最大値と前記複数のバッテリーセルそれぞれのセルバランシング放電容量との差を基準値と比較して、前記複数のバッテリーセルのうち前記差が前記基準値より大きいバッテリーセルを短絡バッテリーセルと判断する制御部と、
を含むことを特徴とするバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記MCUには、前記バッテリーセルそれぞれのセルバランシング放電容量及び基準値を貯蔵する貯蔵部が連結されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理システム。
- 前記貯蔵部には、前記バッテリーセルそれぞれのセルバランシング放電容量が累積貯蔵されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリー管理システム。
- 前記セルバランシング部は、前記バッテリーセル制御信号に応じて該当バッテリーセルを放電することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のバッテリー管理システム。
- 前記MCUは、前記短絡バッテリーセルに対する情報をECU(electric controller unit)に伝送して、前記ECUは、表示装置に前記バッテリーセルに関する情報を表示するように制御することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のバッテリー管理システム。
- 複数のバッテリーセルそれぞれのSOCを測定するバッテリーセルSOC測定段階と、
前記複数のバッテリーセルを制御する信号を伝送するバッテリーセル制御信号伝送段階と、
前記バッテリーセル制御信号に応じてバッテリーセルをセルバランシングするセルバランシング段階と、
前記複数のバッテリーセルのセルバランシング放電容量のうち最大値と前記複数のバッテリーセルそれぞれのセルバランシング放電容量との差が基準値より大きいかを比較するセルバランシング放電容量差値と基準値比較段階と、
前記複数のバッテリーセルのうち前記差が基準値より大きいバッテリーセルを短絡バッテリーセルと判断する短絡バッテリーセル判断段階と、
を含むことを特徴とするバッテリー管理システムの駆動方法。 - 前記セルバランシング放電容量差値と基準値比較段階で、前記複数のバッテリーセルそれぞれの放電容量は累積されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバッテリー管理システムの駆動方法。
- 前記バッテリーセル制御信号伝送段階で、前記複数のバッテリーセルそれぞれのSOCと平均SOCとを比較して、平均SOCより大きいバッテリーセルの情報を伝送することを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載のバッテリー管理システムの駆動方法。
- 前記セルバランシング段階で、該当バッテリーセルを放電することを特徴とする請求項6〜8のいずれかに記載のバッテリー管理システムの駆動方法。
- 前記短絡バッテリーセルに関する情報を表示するようにする短絡バッテリーセル通知段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6〜9のいずれかに記載のバッテリー管理システムの駆動方法。
