Description
陽極面上に導体を堆積する工程;
前記陽極面上のアパーチャとマスクとの位置合わせを行うことによって、前記アパーチャが前記陽極面上の選ばれた領域の所定の場所に設けられる工程;
前記導体へ一の電圧を印加し、かつ前記マスク上へ他の電圧を印加することによって、前記マスクと前記陽極板との間に電気力線を設定する工程;及び、
前記マスクへ向けて帯電したリン光体粒子の流束を注入することによって、前記選ばれた領域上にリン光体素子を形成する工程であって、前記帯電したリン光体粒子が前記電気力線によって前記選ばれた領域上に堆積するように前記帯電したリン光体粒子の電荷は選ばれる、工程;
を有する。当該方法は:
前記陽極面と、前記リン光体素子に関連する電子エミッタを有する陰極とを位置合わせする工程;及び、
液晶装置と前記陽極面とを位置合わせすることで、前記液晶装置の特定の素子が前記陽極面上の特定のリン光体素子と位置合わせされる、工程;
をさらに有する。
陽極面上に有機導体を堆積する工程;
前記陽極面上に有機光伝導体膜を堆積する工程;
該有機光伝導体膜を帯電させる工程;
前記有機光伝導体膜の一部を選択的に露光することによって、前記一部の電荷を放出する工程;
一の極性を有する帯電したリン光体の流束を前記陽極面へ付与する工程;及び、
前記帯電したリン光体が意図した目標領域を満たすときに前記流束を終了させる工程;
を有する。
Claims (6)
- ディスプレイ装置を製造する方法であって:
陽極面上に導体を堆積する工程;
前記陽極面上のアパーチャとマスクとの位置合わせを行うことによって、前記アパーチャが前記陽極面上の選ばれた領域の所定の場所に設けられる工程;
前記導体へ一の電圧を印加し、かつ前記マスク上へ他の電圧を印加することによって、前記マスクと前記陽極板との間に電気力線を設定する工程;及び、
前記マスクへ向けて帯電したリン光体粒子の流束を注入することによって、前記選ばれた領域上にリン光体素子を形成する工程であって、前記帯電したリン光体粒子が前記電気力線によって前記選ばれた領域上に堆積するように前記帯電したリン光体粒子の電荷は選ばれる、工程;
を有する方法。 - 前記陽極面と、前記リン光体素子に関連する電子エミッタを有する陰極とを位置合わせする工程;及び、
液晶装置と前記陽極面とを位置合わせすることで、前記液晶装置の特定の素子が前記陽極面上の特定のリン光体素子と位置合わせされる、工程;
をさらに有する、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 電気力線を設定する工程及びリン光体を形成する工程が、異なる色を有する追加のリン光体を堆積するために繰り返される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記リン光体粒子が、ストロンチウムチオガレート:ユーロピウムである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記陽極面と、前記リン光体素子に関連する電界放出型電子エミッタを有する陰極板とを位置合わせする工程をさらに有する方法であって、
前記ディスプレイが電界放出型ディスプレイ装置である、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記陽極面上に有機光伝導体膜を堆積する工程;
該有機光伝導体膜を帯電させる工程;
前記有機光伝導体膜の一部を選択的に露光することによって、前記一部の電荷を放出して前記電気力線を設定する工程;
をさらに有する、請求項1-5に記載の方法。
