Claims (10)
- 複数組の領域を画定するパターン化された吸光マトリクスを表面上に有するスクリーン;及び、
前記複数組の領域に配置された三色蛍光体システムであって、該三色蛍光体システムにおける蛍光体材料の平均粒度が約3乃至4ミクロンである、システム;
を含むディスプレイ。 - 前記三色蛍光体システムのうち1つの蛍光体がZnS:Cu,Alである、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ。
- 前記三色蛍光体システムのうち1つの蛍光体がZnS:Ag,Clである、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ。
- 前記三色蛍光体システムのうち1つの蛍光体がY2O2S:Eu+3である、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ。
- 約4乃至10kVで作動される、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ。
- 複数組の領域を画定するパターン化された吸光マトリクスを表面上に有するスクリーン;及び、
前記複数組の領域に配置された三色蛍光体システムであって、該三色蛍光体システムにおける蛍光体材料の平均粒度が約3乃至4ミクロンである、システム;
を含む、カーボンナノチューブ/電界放出デバイスディスプレイの発光スクリーン組立体。 - 前記三色蛍光体システムのうち1つの蛍光体がZnS:Cu,Alである、請求項6に記載の発光スクリーン組立体。
- 前記三色蛍光体システムのうち1つの蛍光体がZnS:Ag,Clである、請求項6に記載の発光スクリーン組立体。
- 前記三色蛍光体システムのうち1つの蛍光体がY2O2S:Eu+3である、請求項6に記載の発光スクリーン組立体。
- 前記ディスプレイが約4乃至10kVで作動される、請求項6に記載の発光スクリーン組立体。
