Claims (12)
- 複数の機械方向(MD)糸及びクロス機械方向(CD)糸を有する第1層;
複数のMD糸とCD糸を有する第2層;
前記第1層の前記MD糸及び前記第2層の前記MD糸、又は前記第1層の前記CD糸及び前記第2層の前記CD糸が結合した複数のバインダー糸;
前記第1層と前記第2層中の前記MD糸とCD糸、及びバインダー糸は単繊維糸であり;
前記糸のうち、ある群は、第1の融点温度を有しており、そしてその他の糸は1つ以上の融点温度を有し、各融点温度は前記第1の融点温度より高く;及び
前記布は、前記その他の糸の前記1つ以上の融点温度の各々よりなおいっそう低く、前記第1の融点温度以上の、前もって決められた温度に加熱される、
ことを含む形成布として使用される抄紙布。 - 前記群の前記糸の隣接したものは、加熱される以前は互いに接触又は互いに近接しており、前記前もって決められた温度に加熱された後は互いに結合する請求項1の抄紙布。
- 前記群の前記糸が、メタキシリレンジアミン及びアジピン酸の重縮合によって形成されるMXD6から形成される請求項2の抄紙布。
- 前記群が、前記第1層の前記MD糸と前記CD糸を含んでいる請求項3の抄紙布。
- 前記バインダー糸が、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)から形成され、
前記第2層の前記MD糸が、ポリエチレンナフタレート(PEN)から形成され、
前記第2層の前記CD糸が、PET、ポリアミド(PA)、PETとPAとの組み合せから形成される請求項4の抄紙布。 - 前記第1の融点温度がおよそ230℃〜234℃の範囲値を有しており、かつ前記布が、そこでおよそ60〜180秒の範囲にある前もって決められた時間加熱される請求項3の抄紙布。
- 前記糸が、前記布が加熱される場合、およそ0.07〜0.25cN/dtexの範囲値の引張り下に置かれる請求項6の抄紙布。
- 前記群の前記糸が、加熱後の互いに熱融合する以前に、その他の糸へ接触又は接近している請求項1の抄紙布。
- 前記群の前記糸が、メタキシリレンジアミン及びアジピン酸の重縮合によって形成されるMXD6から形成される請求項8の抄紙布。
- 糸の前記群が、前記バインダー糸のみを含んでいる請求項9の抄紙布。
- 糸の前記群が、前記第1層のCD単繊維糸のみを含んでいる請求項9の抄紙布。
- 複数の機械方向(MD)糸及びクロス機械方向(CD)糸を有する第1層を織る工程;
複数のMD糸とCD糸を有する第2層を織る工程;
前記第1層の前記MD糸及び前記第2層の前記MD糸、又は前記第1層の前記CD糸及び前記第2層の前記CD糸が結合した複数のバインダー糸を織る工程;
前記第1層と前記第2層中の前記MD糸とCD糸、及びバインダー糸は単繊維糸であり;
前記糸のうち、ある群は、第1の融点温度を有しており、そしてその他の糸は1つ以上の融点温度を有し、各融点温度は前記第1の融点温度より高く;及び
前記布が、前記その他の糸の前記1つ以上の融点温度の各々よりなおいっそう低く、前記第1の融点温度以上の、前もって決められた温度に加熱される工程、
を有する成形布として使用される抄紙布の製造方法。
