Abstract
【解決手段】成形布として使用される抄紙布10。布10は、熱処理後に本質的な強さ及び粘着力を保持する材料から形成されてもよい結合可能又は溶融可能な単繊維糸を含んでいるかもしれない。更に、成形布中のその他の糸は、熱により接合又は溶融するであろう単繊維材料より高い溶融温度を有している材料から形成されるかもしれない。

Claims (6)
- 抄紙布において、
複数の機械方向(MD)糸、並びに、
m≧2のmシード繰り返しパターンで織り込まれたクロス機械方向(CD)糸、並びに、
各々n≧2のnシード繰り返しパターンを有する複数のMD強化糸(MDR)、及び
前記MDR糸が、1つのCD糸ごとに繰り返す折れ角を形成し;
前記MD糸とCD糸及び前記MDR糸は単繊維糸であり;
前記MDR糸の少なくともいくつか及び前記CD糸の少なくともいくつかは、第1の融点温度を有しており、そしてMD糸は1つ以上の融点温度を有し、各融点温度は前記第1の融点温度より高く;
前記抄紙布は、MD糸の前記1つ以上の融点温度の各々よりなおいっそう低く、前記第1の融点温度以上の、前もって決められた温度に加熱され;
前記MDR糸は、加熱される以前にCD糸と接触あるいは近接し、前記前もって決めた温度に加熱された後に前記CD糸に接合する、
ことを含む形成布として使用される抄紙布。 - 前記MDR糸の少なくともいくつか及び前記CD糸の少なくともいくつかは、メタキシリレンジアミン及びアジピン酸の重縮合によって形成されるMXD6から形成される請求項1の抄紙布。
- 前記MD糸が、ポリエチレンナフタレート(PEN)又はポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)から形成される請求項2の抄紙布。
- 前記第1の融点温度が230℃〜234℃の範囲値を有しており、かつ前記布が、そこで60〜180秒の範囲にある前もって決められた時間加熱される請求項2の抄紙布。
- 前記糸が、前記布が加熱される場合、0.07〜0.25cN/dtexの範囲値の引張り下に置かれる請求項4の抄紙布。
- 抄紙布の製造方法において、
複数の機械方向(MD)糸、並びに、
m≧2のmシード繰り返しパターンで織り込まれたクロス機械方向(CD)糸、並びに、
各々n≧2のnシード繰り返しパターンで複数のMD強化糸(MDR)、及び
前記MDR糸が、1つのCD糸ごとに繰り返す折れ角を形成するように織る工程;
前記MD糸とCD糸及び前記MDR糸は単繊維糸であり;
前記MDR糸の少なくともいくつか及び前記CD糸の少なくともいくつかは、第1の融点温度を有しており、そしてMD糸は1つ以上の融点温度を有し、各融点温度は前記第1の融点温度より高く;
前記抄紙布が、MD糸の前記1つ以上の融点温度の各々よりなおいっそう低く、前記第1の融点温度以上の、前もって決められた温度に加熱される工程;
前記MDR糸は、加熱される以前にCD糸と接触あるいは近接し、前記前もって決めた温度に加熱された後に前記CD糸に接合すること、
を有する成形布として使用される抄紙布の製造方法。
