Claims (8)
- エチレン−ビニルアルコール共重合体からなる中間層と、オレフィン系樹脂材からなる内側層及び外側層とを用いた多層フィルムを成形加工して製袋するステップと、
上記製袋された多層フィルムを、上端部を開口部としつつ、液剤収納室と製剤収納室を備えた形状に加工するステップと、
上記上端部にポートを挟みこみ、そのポート及び周囲をシールして、ポートだけが液剤収納室の内部に連通するように加工するステップと、
上記液剤収納室に液剤を充填するステップと、
上記液剤の充填後、製剤収納室には抗生物質を充填せずに空容器のまま滅菌処理、冷却処理、再加熱処理及び乾燥処理、を同一の処理槽内にて連続的に行うステップと、
上記空となっていた底部側の製剤収納室の一端開口して抗生物質粉末を充填し、製剤収納室の開口した底部側を溶着して、抗生物質粉末を製剤収納室内に密封するステップと、
を有することを特徴とする多層容器の製造方法。 - 前記中間層と前記内側層及び前記外側層の間には、接着層が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多層容器の製造方法。
- 前記エチレン−ビニルアルコール共重合体からなる中間層と前記接着層を併せた層厚を、容器を構成するフィルム全体の肉厚の1/6〜1/10とすることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の多層容器の製造方法。
- 前記液剤は酸化しやすい液からなり、前記液剤の充填時に前記液剤の酸素を取り除き若しくは窒素等の不活性ガスに95%以上置換させて充填してなることを特徴とする請求項1又は2のいずれかに記載の多層容器の製造方法。
- 前記滅菌処理は、90℃以上の高圧高温下で行われることを特徴とする請求項1又は2のいずれかに記載の多層容器の製造方法。
- 前記再加熱処理及び乾燥処理は温度が50℃以上100℃以下で且つ低湿度で行われることを特徴とする請求項1,2,5のいずれかに記載の多層容器の製造方法。
- 前記冷却後の再加熱処理及び乾燥処理を行う処理槽中の空気は不活性ガスに置換されてなることを特徴とする請求項1,2,5,6のいずれかに記載の多層容器の製造方法。
- 前記多層容器の前記内層は、ポリエチレンまたはポリプロピレン系樹脂からなり、前記多層容器の前記外層は、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエステル、またはポリブチレンテレフタレート系樹脂からなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の多層容器の製造方法。
